When you try to defend your order by giving arguments, a woman calls, allegedly the director, yells into the phone, without letting you say a word. If you value your nerves, choose another company :)

I bought the accessories for the chair. Sold used under the guise of a new, rolling curve mechanism. Until recently, they claimed that everything was new. If you buy, check everything carefully on the spot. Conflicted , not recognizing the obvious. I would not recommend contacting them.
