A wonderful hotel. Quiet and very clean. The staff is wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located from Kostanay Plaza, namely, three stops on any bus. It takes five minutes to walk to the bus stop along an Industrial street. The room has a TV with youtube, good wi-fi, refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and snow-white towels. The rooms are new, not killed. I thank the staff for their professional work.

Nice hotel! The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and the breakfast is delicious. The only drawback is poor sound insulation. Overall, I was satisfied! I will definitely come back here!

I really liked everything! The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need, right down to slippers and toothbrushes. The place is quiet, close to grocery stores.

Nice, clean, large room. Brushes, soap, shampoo, towels were for everyone. There was a kettle with tea leaves in the room. Everyone liked it very much. Of the disadvantages, only if the area. But the price is not high, so we can assume that there were no disadvantages!
