Nice cozy living room. A beautiful building. High ceilings. Carpets! Parking lot. There is a car wash opposite. The breakfasts are good. I have been using the services since 2011. I recommend it!

Once there was the best hotel in Pavlodar..... but time passed and everything "got wrapped up"... cons: sheets with holes, a shallow shower (with my height of 182 cm in 5 days that I lived there, I hit 8 times for sure, or even more. The mattresses are made of stone with springs outwards. There is dark mold in the bathroom. There are small bugs in the room (not bedbugs) but it is no less unpleasant.
Among the advantages: delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff, a large building, a beautiful lobby and a very nice bar.

On 12/28/2018 we had a New Year's corporate party .The first thing that happened was that they took the chicken from the table, we thought they took it away because it was cold in the hall, we never tasted it.Second, the table setting and dishes expect the best.When the meat and potatoes were brought, it felt like it was taken from a pot of borscht.And finally, when we left home, our numbers or clothes were mixed up and we didn't want to give our clothes away, and yet we left in someone else's cap, which we changed with the owner the next day.Conclusion good service.young officers.The bright hall is spacious.disgusting kitchen
