I am happy to come to choose flowers in a bouquet, florists are very sensitive to understand and hear the wishes of the client. Also, the delivery never ceases to amaze, quickly, efficiently and not expensive even on holidays!

And here it is - the first experience in my life when flowers stood in a vase for 2 days.
It is a pity that the store approaches its business in a deceptive way and makes a bouquet of obviously stale flowers.

A young man presented a bouquet a week ago. After the purchase, the bouquet was removed from the package and pruned, all 3 ranunculi died in 2 days, the protea wilted on day 5... the flowers in the bouquet were pruned every day and special disinfection bags were used.

We ordered flowers for Mother's Day, some of the rosebuds are flattened and have an oval shape.
"It could have been deformed during transportation from Holland, it does not affect the durability in any way, so we do not remove them so as not to reduce the volume" – this answer does not suit me, because it affects the appearance of the bouquet.

The first time I ordered a bouquet with delivery and everything was fine - I was consulted via Instagram, the flowers themselves were fresh and well packed. However, this time they did not bring me a fresh bouquet. The heads of the large flowers were lowered, the buds were dried at the tips. It is possible that my order fell on an old flower delivery, or the terms of delivery or storage were violated, it is unknown. It is better to be safe and choose flowers live. Unfortunately, I do not plan to buy more in this store.
