We were in the sanatorium for four days. The location is very good, the mountains are everywhere, the mountain air is clean, the food is excellent, even a lot, the staff is very polite and responsive, the rooms are clean, very cozy and comfortable, the treatment is good. One minus, it's a pity that when you come to rest for less than 5-6 days, you don't get all the treatments, but I really liked everything.

A biased and disgusting attitude towards visitors! We were at a New Year's holiday, we spent a lot of money (15 million soums for 2 standard 2-bed rooms), and in the end we still had to defend our rights and reach a conflict. We must pay tribute to the festive dinner, it was gorgeous, the show program, Ravshan Sobirov was invited - but the spoiled mood in the beginning decided everything.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners on normal days are meager, there is little choice, for the money in other resorts it is much better.
Another advantage is a clean swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. I'm betting 3 on this. Without these advantages, there would be a "2"

I was vacationing there with my mother in September. Mom really liked it. Fresh air, treatments, and nutrition helped her improve her health and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is not a very convenient sanatorium hotel if you are having a rest with infants. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are served exactly within an hour, that is, if you are with the baby, it does not matter if you have time to come to breakfast or to.But nobody cares about that. Secondly, they don't have any dishes to order, as it happened that I missed breakfast. And that's it, sit and wait for the next lunch, since there's a shop and a cafe across the street where you can have a snack.
The staff, namely the room cleaning, are very rude, san.the nodes are dirty, when asked to clean and tidy properly, I only heard indignation, and in the end I still did not clean properly, there is a ton of dust under the bedside tables and dust on the baseboards too.
The pool opens at 9 a.m., but cleaning is carried out not before the arrival of visitors, but during the start, that is, if you want to have time to go swimming in the morning, you will not succeed, or you will come to measure up and swim next to the person who cleans

Finishing my vacation at your sanatorium "Sevarsoy" I can't help but leave a few lines about my treatment and rest.
Firstly, these are, of course, sincere words of gratitude. And I would really like to address these words, first of all, to the nurses and masseuse Ramzida. Clever, beautiful, very sincere girls. It feels like these girls put their Soul into their work! May Allah grant them all health and happiness. I also cannot ignore the professionalism and love of the heads for their work. Nargiza Abrarovna's doctor!!! Thank you, dear, wise, smart Women!!!
Special thanks to the administrator of the Shakhnozakhon building and the director of the sanatorium, a very courteous and gallant man. They do "their own thing", i.e. they do everything professionally and most importantly with a Soul.
And to the respected employees of the restaurant, where a chic buffet is organized, just a low bow! Thank you for your attitude to the impeccable preparation and serving of dishes. There is so much sincere warmth shining in the eyes of the staff, in which you want to swim and swim! But each of us who came here is waiting and looking for understanding, attention, warmth…

It's amazing!!! Great hotel, wonderful swimming pool with sauna and hammam! Excellent 3 meals a day, just like at home. Polite and helpful staff, well-equipped rooms and bathrooms. In the near future (a week or two), it is expected to open a medical center in the hotel with many types of massages, physiotherapy, salt cave, etc. Medical procedures are included in the price. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the world-class Amirsoy Ski Resort, with a magnificent ski area and stunningly well-groomed trails. I would also like to thank the Director of Shoahror, his assistant Yusuf, for their cordial welcome and tremendous work on the development of the resort. With the deepest respect, Ivan.
