Comfortable rooms, everything is there. Even the washing machine. There's a convenience store nearby. 10 minutes to the largest Yerevan City in the world. There is a public transport stop nearby. And yes, all Yerevan transport is now visible in Yandex Maps. I've had Internet outages from time to time. Maybe the external WiFi adapter was so weird, maybe the Internet was distributed so sparingly at times. This is the only non-positive point. Otherwise, it's a solid top five.

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment hotel. Good price and very cozy. There is a bus stop nearby, it is easy to get to the center in just 100 AMD instead of 1000+ by taxi. The owner was always in touch and was ready to help. I recommend it!
