The prices are slightly above average, the food is ordinary, there is no wow effect, and I can't say anything bad. We have not found anything better than a Set in Yerevan (and in other countries)🌟
We visited Set for the first time a year ago by accident, when we first came to Yerevan and settled next to it. We ordered risotto Philadelphia and bruschetta with shrimp, we were just stunned by the presentation and taste of these dishes, since then we have not met a single restaurant with such a level of dishes and service and constantly think about Seth when traveling. We regularly come to Yerevan on business and no visit is complete without our favorite restaurant)
Each dish is very tasty with an incredible serving. Even ordinary pancakes are decorated very beautifully and appetizing) do not believe the simplicity of the names of the dishes, because each dish is much better than you imagine and made with a unique design. The dishes are brought quickly. We have never been disappointed in any visit to the Set, which cannot be said about other establishments)
The Set has the best cappuccino that we drank in Yerevan, we especially like it on Colombian grain, it is less sour than others. I noticed that almost everywhere in Yerevan there is very sour coffee (or it is not tasteless)
The staff and waiters are just wonderful, all very pleasant and helpful guys, they will tell you everything and tell you about the dishes. We also did not meet such a level of staff in other places) we really like the waiters guys and the curly blonde girl))
The interior is pleasant and minimalistic. There is a veranda where you can sit in good weather.
And there is also no 10% service fee in the receipt, so it's nice to leave a tip)
Our favorites of dishes: Philadelphia risotto, turkey salad, spaghetti with shrimp, bruschetta with shrimp, cheesecakes, frying pan with potatoes and meat

The menu was waited for 15 minutes, then the task is to catch the waiter to make an order. There were only 2 waiters for a full landing.
20 minutes of waiting for coffee, they brought a barely warm filter. Then they brought a new one, as if diluted with hot water.
Tortilla - I didn't eat anything worse for breakfast. The tortilla itself is not fully baked, salted salmon, a couple of thin slices of avocado, no sauce. The taste is terrible, I didn't even eat half of it.
Another hyped Instagram place, from where so many positive reviews are not clear.

UPD: Something happened to this place. The service has become much worse. We waited for our tortillas for 40 minutes, no one warned us, did not even try to smooth it out. Some people who came later were given exactly the same order as we had before. The guys at the next table, who said several times that they were in a hurry, did not bring shakshuka in 30 minutes. Sorry, but a once-favorite place ruined our Saturday as much as possible and, perhaps, I stop recommending it for breakfast.
Set: top desserts and delicious coffee
We didn't get coffee at the Bagel Shop, so we went to the place where we should sort it out. A small but cozy cafe Set with a modern design on Saryan Street. There are dozens of interesting places here and it seems that we need to make a separate guide along this street. So, there are three grain options to choose from in the Set: Italian, House and Soft. Inside, Ethiopia, Kenya and Brazil have different degrees of roasting. In general, it's better to ask the waiter, they will kindly tell you. Yes, you can eat here too. We recommend poppy seed cake and pistachio tart. But you can have breakfast or lunch.

I couldn't deny myself the pleasure and ordered pumpkin raff with curry. It's great, like drinking coffee with soup, it's unusual and pleasantly delicious. Cappuccino on Soft coffee turned out to be expectedly soft, not bitter and not sour. A glass of water is served with any coffee. A trifle, but useful.
Interior: 8.5
Minimalism with taste, that's what you can briefly say about the interior. Light gray concrete walls, wooden tables and rare metal inclusions. Cute and modern. The seating is tight, the hall can accommodate up to 30 people if desired.
Music: 9
American soul, pop and rock hits are playing at a pleasant volume, which is diluted by conversations at neighboring tables (the meanings of which are impossible to catch), the noise of a coffee machine and sounds from an open kitchen. It turns out to be a kind of vibe of a coffee shop in a megalopolis.
Toilet: 8
It's nice to have a separate sink outside to wash your hands. There is nothing special in the toilet itself, it is cute and minimalistic.

When I came across this coffee shop, I was left with a sediment. The main problem is poor service or lack of it. Unfortunately, I "didn't get to the delicious coffee" to somehow smooth out the corners in my review.
When I entered the cafe, I felt like I was in a Russian state institution, not only because the staff speaks exclusively in Russian (they refused to serve me in Armenian), but also because it felt like I was not welcome. While waiting in line to sit at a table, the waiter places other guests who came much later at the vacant table. To the argument of why this happened, the waiter was engaged in shifting responsibility, instead of accepting the mistake and trying to fix it somehow.
Minuses:
-incompetent, sometimes boorish attitude of the staff (I hope the problem is only with this waiter)
- the ability to serve only in Russian. I think if the coffee shop operates on the territory of Armenia, it is worth hiring Armenian-speaking staff, otherwise it turns out that the coffee shop was created exclusively for Russian speakers. It is difficult to imagine a cafe/coffee shop in Russia, where they can serve only if you speak Armenian (some other unofficial) language.
Overrated establishment: behind the good SMM of the coffee shop on Instagram, I think there is a poor level of service.
