I was repairing a laptop, after a short diagnosis, they called and changed the burned part without my consent, billed 1400 UAH and gave a 3-month warranty. After the repair, the battery stopped working, I did not attach any importance to this, because I work mainly at the outlet.
After 3 weeks, the laptop stopped working again, they took it away in the hope of a guarantee, called back and said that they had changed some more new parts from us 800 UAH. At the same time, they claim that this is a new breakdown, unrelated to the previous one.
They are repaired without declaring the amount for repairs, the warranty is considered only for the replaced part. I do not advise you to contact this sharashkin's office.
