Among the advantages: it's beautiful, you can take photos on every corner, it's cozy, the atmosphere is just great in the evening, there is a lively fire everywhere in restaurants and lobbies, atmospheric, a large beach, a large number of sun loungers, beach service (drinks are brought, glasses are wiped)
The entrance to the water is excellent, there are no corals, you don't have to take sneakers, good location: 10 minutes from the airport, there are many shops, salons, pharmacies nearby, it takes 15 minutes to get to the Marina and the center.
Among the disadvantages: the Wi-Fi does not work well, it often turns off, it catches very poorly on the beach, the food is very average in my opinion (especially in the buffet area). It's a small selection, and it's always the same at breakfast. In a la carte restaurants, the service leaves much to be desired (for a long time they confuse the tables, dishes, and bring the wrong food). By the pool, all the sun beds on the sunny side are always occupied, we swam in the pool once in 10 days, the sun beds are too close to each other (by the pool), it's not comfortable, and all the guests are lying on the same side where the sun is :))
Upon check-in, no one told us anything about what to use or all the features of the hotel in general, we walked around by ourselves, poking and prodding, but thanks to two Russian-speaking Alexanders, they were in touch at WhatsApp and answered all questions, very friendly and helpful)
It's not very interesting to swim with a mask, there are no corals, only huge tires and mountains of garbage on the bottom and a few fish. 🥹

And one more thing: the hotel shares a beach with the Sinbad hotel, their territory is to the right, closer to the pier, and the pier itself also belongs to their hotel, which no one told us about + the beach bar is also not ours. It is not known how it should have been understood, even if they had signed it ... but, guests of the Serry hotel can visit the Sinbad water park across the street and even eat and drink at their bar, there is the usual food (fries, burgers, hot dogs).
And this nuance: the room itself has been renovated like in a 3-star hotel, it's better not to look anywhere in the bathroom at all. 😂

At the reception, they refused to check in earlier, they didn't even want to give me the Wi-Fi password, it killed me altogether!! We arrived at the hotel at about 10 a.m. and had to sit on the couch, wait for 14 hours even without the possibility of accessing the Internet.
So, as for the perfect service, it's a very controversial point. The waiters sometimes did not come to the table for 20 minutes. …

The all-inclusive system is located in the main restaurant area. There are several stations with different cuisines. All the meat is cooked with you, nothing gets cold. Lots of fruits.
There are 4 a la carte restaurants on site. I liked the Nur beach bar on the shore with a Mexican dinner. And if you haven't booked dinner, it works just like a bar with cool beds. I would like to mention the cool waiter Fares Ahmed, smiling and quick to respond to orders!
A nice beach without reefs, there were always free sunbeds. Drinks are brought to the sun beds on request.
