We had a family vacation in September of this year, the food was varied (chicken, beef, fish, lamb, French fries were cooked every day, the cakes were too sweet (as for me)), the rooms were cleaned every day (garbage, the bed was made beautifully), the cook worked, the staff was friendly, there were those who could talk Englishin Russian, the presence of cocktails by the pool, a table tennis table (who needs it).
The presence of ice cream, a disco for children, minibuses that reach the Ancient city of Side and Manavgat go near the hotel.
Overall, the experience is excellent, a good hotel.

We had a rest in the middle of April 2024. We were afraid for the weather, but the reality pleased us! The daytime temperature is from 24 to 29 degrees, at night it is cool, in the morning it is about 15. Clearly, the sun is already burning, sun creams are needed.
The sea is 19 degrees, it is cold for children and those who are not seasoned. It was just right for me, but it's individual.
Great shore! Sand and the smallest pebbles, convenient access to the sea. The water is the purest, you can see the bottom of the buoys, and there are at least five meters there. The shore is shared, not divided on the territory of the hotels, you can walk from horizon to horizon!
I can only say one thing about the hotel itself - it's worth the money. The food is good, without frills, but everything is delicious and imaginatively served. The staff is very friendly, the animation is not annoying.
In general, I recommend Serra Park and Side itself to those who go to Turkey for the sea, sun and positivity

We were at the hotel from 02.09.22 to 11.09.22 . We were a family , Zhenya and a child of 2.6 years old. I liked the hotel, it is great for children. In the morning we went to the sea with the child (10-15 minutes of writing or 2 minutes by transfer from the hotel), but it is better to walk after breakfast. After lunch and sleep , we went to the children 's pool , there was no way to get the child out of there .He saved the children's club , where he was also interested in going. Unfortunately, the club did not always work, it often fell on our sleep. The food is good. We were worried that the child would not eat, but there are soups, pasta, gravies, you can improvise. They even gave me a brooch every day . The food was good. Delicious desserts, hot dishes, meat, fish, turkey, chicken, vegetables, cheeses, watermelons and melons every day, there is plenty to choose from. The hotel is quiet, a lot of people relax with children. I really liked the staff, they are all very responsive and do not help. The hotel rented a stroller ($ 20 for 9 days), as they did not drag their own. they extended our room before departure without any problems, they always go to a meeting. Of the minuses, there are probably no critical ones, the rooms themselves are quite simple, cleaning is done regularly, but it fell on the child's sleep, it is better to warn about this. I would like to mention the spa separately . I went to Timur's massage myself, it helped a lot to relieve the load. I came on vacation with a hip and a clogged back, after 5 sessions I was like a cucumber, thanks a lot for that. I definitely recommend going to him for those who need it .

We were with 3 children at the end of June, it was very hot. The 4-star hotel justifies its status, especially the dining room, the food is delicious and varied, meat, chicken /turkey, fish are always on the menu. The staff is hospitable, there are Russian speakers among them, but few. We arrived at the hotel late and settled us in a family room, not that the tour operator told us, but in some kind of deplorable room where, although the air conditioners worked, two refrigerators and a TV did not work. In addition to electronic equipment, the doors needed to be repaired, the lock on the balcony was generally broken, the door did not close, and the room was on the 1st floor and through the balcony it was easy to get into the room. Bathrooms with showers that urgently need repair, again, the problem with the door in one room is sagging that it rubs against the floor and can only be opened by half, the ceilings are low (somewhere 2.1-2.2 m), in the second room there is more or less a bathroom. The lighting is dim, the floors are dirty. They asked to move to another room, the receptionist said, "Sorry. All family rooms are occupied," they asked us to come up at 12:00 p.m. in the afternoon to solve the problems. The next day they said that a room on the 3rd floor would be available tomorrow. In the meantime, we solved the remaining problems of repairing electronic equipment and tried to fix other "jambs" in the room, in short, we accepted applications. ) until the evening of those .the maintenance staff made us electronic equipment. The cleaning of the room was not done, they hung a sign on the door with inscriptions in 4 languages "please do the cleaning". We saw the maids walking by in the morning, thought they were about to get there, looked in at lunch, did not clean up. They asked through the administrators and all the time the sign was hanging on the door. In the evening we go in, the floors are still dirty. Back to the administration, and the administrator tells us that he is a slave.The maids' time is over, they have gone home. The next morning, when I leave, I hang out the inscription sign again in Turkish, English, Russian (I don't remember any other), hang it on the handle as it should be, so that it does not turn sideways and so that it hangs on the right side. ))) A young maid was walking down the corridor at that moment. My wife decided to ask, since she knows a little Turkish)))
In their dialogue, I understand by gestures that the maid promised to clean the room and, removing the sign from the door herself, asked to remove it. So you know, some maids think having a sign on the door, no matter what it says, means "Do not disturb!"😂 After breakfast, without waiting until 12:00, we decided to change rooms if we were free. It turned out to be free, we liked it and we moved. These rooms, as expected, were much better. This season, most of the tourists were from Poland.

The hotel has a basement, calm, quiet decorated rooms as it should be for relaxation. If you want to use the services, then the Weissel Administrator is at your service. Veysel will not intrusively help you choose the desired massage or complex therapies, etc. to choose from and, together with Marina at the reception, make a schedule by day and time as convenient for you, if necessary. They speak Russian fluently, and they are very pleasant people to communicate with. Payment for services can be made by online transfers, they have an account in Russia. We really liked it, with the children on the first day, as per tradition, we took the sauna + hammam complex with foam, and massage for free))) And to my surprise, the children were also personally assigned massage therapists. Everyone is happy, the children want to go back there again next time.
The sea can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by special transport. The beach is clean, sand with small pebbles. Awnings, deck chairs, shower, hotel cafe on the beach are all as expected. There is a market across the street from the hotel, large amusement slides. The ancient city of Side is not far away, you can get there by bus # 11, drive 25-30 minutes, back to # 10.
The tour was taken from Pegasus, everything went well except for the condition of the original room.

We moved into room 512, this is not the main building, but a detached one. Next to the gate, through which there is access to the sea. I must say right away-those who are disturbed by music and noise, do not move into these detached rooms. There is a veranda next to it, where music plays loudly all day and until 23 o'clock. In the evening, the whole hotel, disco and other joys are on the veranda, it is impossible to fall asleep. wf catches in the lobby, and sometimes on the veranda, as well as on the tables closest to the lobby in the restaurant and the restaurant terrace. The room was cleaned daily, the furniture was worn out, but everything works. Condey, plumbing, TV-everything is fine. There are several Russian channels.The food is good, no complaints. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, the beach is normal,awnings,sun loungers, a bar. Sand and small pebbles, the depth starts quite quickly, literally 3 meters and swam. There is no children's animation, a couple of times there was a disco for children in the evening and that's it. There is only one Russian-speaking employee at the reception, the rest are English at most.
A separate guide, Anya, a nice girl, told me everything, explained, helped with the money change. Overall, the impression is good if you are not used to luxury vacations. Solid 4.

We are vacationing with our family at this hotel at the moment from June 17th. The main advantage for me is the complete absence of queues. There are always free sun beds on the beach. There are no crowds and queues in the restaurant. The food is very tasty. It's hard to restrain yourself from taking supplements. From fruits watermelon melon apricot apples oranges. There are never more than three people behind the ice cream. The only disadvantage for me is that there are few activities. Aqua aerobics is about nothing. There is no declared zumba. There is no kettle in the room. There is a weak hair dryer. But in general, I highly recommend the hotel! The hotel's guests are mostly Slavs: Poles and Slovaks, Russians are not in the majority. There is a walking area along the lake to the sea. And if you wish, you can go even further to the Manavgat river by bike. There are special tracks.

The cards of tourists from the Russian Federation are not accepted in Turkey. And the Serra Park Hotel cannot guarantee the safety of cash. There are no cameras on the floors or stairs of the hotel.
The rest is ruined. I do not recommend it for visiting.
In today's conditions, when you need to bring cash with you, it is better to choose more reliable places.

The hotel is small, but very cozy. A shady area under large Mediterranean pines. I liked the bungalows, they are more spacious than the rooms in the hotel. The territory is average, there is a good swimming pool inside, there is a second smaller pool with small water slides, swings and slides for children, a tennis court, an animation area. The hotel itself has a dining room, a large hall, a sauna with a hammam and massage rooms downstairs (massage for a fee), there is no gym as such (a small room with two exercise bikes and that's it). The room is small, but there is enough space. The bed is double, not on wheels, the mattress is not soft, like on the couch, it was what we needed. Closet, mini fridge, etc. The toilet is shared with a shower, the size is small, but tolerable. The air conditioner was old, there was no air conditioner to direct the air, but it worked properly, did not make noise, you can sleep with it. Furniture with small chips, the ceiling with cracks, small scuffs on the walls below. In general, a small cosmetic repair would not hurt, but that's okay, it's quite comfortable. A small balcony with 2 chairs and a table, it was very comfortable to sit there in the evening, eat fruit and drink. There was a problem with the service on the first day of the holiday, which could spoil the whole impression of the hotel is the lack of a duvet cover! There was just some kind of stained blanket and a bedspread. Neither one nor the other is covered during sleep is not an option! At first they told us that there was nothing and the duvet cover would be brought tomorrow morning and after a little scandal later they still found it for us. And since, in general, the staff behaved correctly and professionally (cleaning the room, answering all questions, not being rude, etc.), the overall impression of the staff's work remained good. The format of the dining room is a buffet. The variety of dishes is average, sometimes there is plenty of meat, sometimes there is not enough, there is more choice of dishes for dinner. There was almost no seafood, and what was there was tasteless. Various salads, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, oranges. Bread, rolls, sweets. In general, there was plenty to choose from for every taste. In general, the kitchen is on solid 4! Drinks include coffee, tea (brewed and in bags), juices, soda, bottled water in unlimited quantities, wine, vodka, whiskey, beer (delicious). Drinks were available both in the dining room itself and in the lobby, by the pool and on the beach. At certain times, ice cream was served by the pool. Water polo and water aerobics were offered for entertainment during the day. You can also play table tennis, shoot air guns and darts, but I haven't seen anyone use them for the last two entertainments and we didn't have to. In the evening, sometimes there were interesting entertainments (belly dancing, fakir show), sometimes nothing really, the children jumped on stage to the music, as well as the animator arranged games with the children in the evening. In general, the territory of the hotel is clean, well-groomed, and pretty. The beach is about 7 minutes on foot, but sometimes there was transport from the hotel, but we did not need it. The beach is clean, sandy and pebbly closer to the water. It became deep after a couple of meters, for those who swim poorly, only the pool remains. There are plenty of sun beds, but they are not very comfortable (the headrest could not be lowered completely down, about 15-20 degrees remained and the coating itself was a stretched mesh, which had already stretched a little, so lying on your stomach it was very uncomfortable for your head and you stuck your stomach into the solid elements of the sunbed, lying on your back was comfortable). It was possible to hide from the sun in the shade of the canopies. The beach had its own territory where you can sit, drink, and Turkish tortillas were cooked at certain times. The overall impression of the hotel is 4 with a minus. There are both disadvantages and advantages. It does not claim to be the best hotel, but the price is appropriate. In general, if your budget does not allow you to choose something better, then you can safely choose this hotel. I recommend.
