Rested from 09.10 to 17.10. 2023.
The hotel urgently needs renovation. Very old rooms, furniture, plumbing require replacement. Room cleaning is nominal: it is NOT from the word at all.
Despite all these disadvantages, it is impossible not to mention the excellent cuisine, you will definitely not stay hungry. Except for the fact that upon arrival on the first day at the hotel at 21:10, we could not have dinner anywhere from the road, while at the reception they just threw up their hands and offered night soup at 23:30 ...
In general, the hotel does not reach 5 at all, solid 4.

We had a vacation with my sister in May 2023 . I no longer trust reviews on the Internet. So it happened this time. The hotel is cool! I'll make a reservation right away. If you need a fundamentally noisy daily animation, this is not the case here. There is an evening program for children. They also have an awesome safari park (all kinds of hinged ladders, etc.), it is fenced and there is a person who monitors it. In the evening, all kinds of cars, steam trains and slot machines work. They are positioned so that they do not interfere with anyone. Young people went to discos with animators every evening.
A chic pool bar, under a canopy. If you are too lazy to go to the bar from the bass, the bartenders go and deliver cocktails to the sun beds. Ice cream every day by the hour, by the pool. Five-plus meals. There is a bus to the beach every half hour. There is a bar on the beach. The pool is two-level, plus a bass with slides, plus a bass for kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We flew back early. They were picked up from the hotel at 4 a.m. And so. The restaurant was open and we had breakfast. Of course, there were no hot dishes. But otherwise, there was a regular buffet, but at four in the morning. We really want to return there in September. But prices are still biting.

We were at the hotel with my daughter for 10 years from July 7 to July 18. This is such a 5-ka economy. If you want luxury, the beach right under your nose, etc. it's about other hotels, for other money, for example, it's obvious to me. There are a lot of Germans, British, French, and not many Russians in the hotel, but the contingent is pleasant, mostly families. This hotel is about people who try to do everything to make you feel comfortable and comfortable. All the staff are without complaints, polite, smiling, always ready to help with any question.
There is little animation, some familiar evening shows and artists too, but on the contrary, I did not need it, I wanted calmness, relaxation. There are problems with sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens in the neighbors)) Very uncomfortable blankets, this is the first time I've seen such a solution. It's just waffle rags, hard ones that bite into and rub the skin, which is already suffering from the sun💁♀️
You can always diversify your evening or day with a trip to the nearest Side, Manavgat and Antalya. We've been everywhere and had a lot of fun.
I would like to thank everyone who is involved in our rest, the rest was a success.
I would like to highlight Ismet's work separately. This young man speaks Russian perfectly, knows how to find a common language with absolutely any guests. He works from the bottom of his heart and will always help you in all matters, by right he has already become the hallmark of this hotel, judging by previous reviews.

It's a spoiled impression right away, but it's more of a human factor, not a claim to the hotel. The hotel guide sabir, everyone who does not come to a meeting with him, simply ignores the entire period of stay, you will not find yourself on the list on the day of departure, because sabir is offended that you did not come to the meeting, you need to call him, he simply does not send the time for the departure of tourists on the transfer to the hotel. This situation was not only with us, so we found out his number in advance, and of course we found out about the time 25 minutes before the arrival of the transfer to the hotel. He says frankly, you weren't at the meeting, so don't wait for the lists. For this, I take a star at the hotel, although I want to take everything off. As if we have to meet him, the first time I saw this, it's certainly too much!
The hotel itself is worth the money, not a super 5k, but in principle, everything you need for a holiday is there. They were fed for slaughter, there was a sufficient choice of dishes, including for children.
The sea in Side is gorgeous, the beach is not very close, but after such a meal, a 10-minute walk is the best thing! The beach bar: drinks, beer, champagne are not tasty for us, but the Germans drank it all the time! We didn't always go to the hotel for lunch, there was enough beach bar.
The animation is dead, just for kids, but maybe it's the beginning of the season! Room cleaning-just a change of towels, add washbasins, make the bed, washed the plumbing once, the floor didn't seem to be washed at all.
The staff at the restaurant is well done, they try, almost everyone is friendly, I note Corey, cheerful, prompt, well done!
I would like to mention Sofia separately, she helps tourists navigate what's what at the hotel. She told a lot of interesting stories, knows a lot about Turkey. She helped us find Sabir when we realized that he had dumped us, but Sofia is not always there.
In general, there are no negative emotions, there is a place to walk outside the territory, stops are not far away in ancient Side, in Manavgat.

We rested from 23.09.-05.10.2021, we must immediately understand that this is not a deluxe or luxury, but everything is fine, the room is decent, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, everything works, although our room faced north and we did not use air conditioning, like someone was not happy. The shower stall is good, everything works, soap accessories are replenished. For a small reward to the maids, you will get everything you want. The food is ordinary, chicken, turkey, as always Turkish vegetable dishes, beef was 1 time, as well as cutlets, meatballs and cutlets as strips. Vegetables are always fresh and delicious, but what upset me is that watermelons are not tasty this year, they seem to be red and ripe, but they came across delicious a couple of times, melons are generally cotton wool, grapes are very tasty. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the sea, it would be faster if the reception and, accordingly, the entrance were at the bottom of the hotel, and so on the way from the sea, you still pass the entire territory of the hotel from the outside to the entrance. There is a hotel bus, the driver is always smiling and polite, but it is not always convenient to adjust to the bus schedule. There was animation, the slides in the hotel are good, although in October the water in the pools is already cool. They give ice cream to everyone, it's delicious. Yes, the beach is gorgeous, wide, the entrance to the sea is gentle, there are the best beaches in this area. I can't tell you about alcohol, I don't drink much myself, but the people were happy with the drinks. So who needs a budget vacation in this region, then I advise the hotel, and it's also worth noting to the famous boardwalk in Side, 12-15 minutes on foot, or maybe a little less. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Side on Dolmusha for 1 dollar or 4 lira. I would attribute the audibility in the hotel to the cons, the roommates were talking loudly, as if in your room, and even woke up from the conversations of the old neighbors around 7 a.m., but there was nothing to be done about it, I had to put up with it. The reception staff does not know Russian, but you use a translator yourself or they offer you to voice the problem on their phone and translate. Everyone is neat and friendly. The Internet is expensive, but it works both in the room and on the beach, free in the lobby is very slow. There are a lot of children in the hotel, and very young ones too. There is a scheduled shuttle service from the hotel to the beach. The beach is sandy, clean, there are enough sun beds. The entrance to the sea is very pleasant. It is flat, the sea is shallow far enough away. Very friendly staff; the only thing is that few people speak Russian; they know individual words, but our knowledge of English at the school level was enough to understand and negotiate. The food is varied, for every taste. In the afternoon on the beach there are fruits, burgers, nuggets. French fries, Turkish tortillas stuffed with their meat, cheese, cottage cheese. Animation in the afternoon and evening, for children and adults. In general, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

We rested in it at the end of August-September, beginning of September 2021, one adult, two children 4 and 14 years old, first of all I would like to mention the restaurant staff, always delicious, varied food, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, sweets, special thanks to the chef of the restaurant, the work of the restaurant and the children is very well organized and adults always have something to eat, there are always empty tables in the restaurant, the waiters are smart, they clean everything quickly, the bartenders in the cafes by the pools and on the beach are well done, they always serve quickly and politely, the sea is just a fairy tale, the hotel is not the first coastal, but it did not upset us at all, with a calm step with a stroller we we reached it in 14 minutes, there is a bus from the hotel every 30 minutes, you can leave on it, but we liked walking more, the beach is just super, the sand is fine for a long time, there are always free sun beds, a beach bar where you can drink soft drinks, snack fruits, vegetables, nuggets, French fries, etc.D., the only and it seems to me a huge minus to the hotel is room cleaning, it's just terrible, we rested for 11 days, never washed the floor during this time, bed linen was changed often and towels, but dust on furniture and floor, balcony is not very pleasant. We are currently staying at this hotel from 06/29/2021 to 06/9/2021. We are 2 adults and 2 children (5 and 7 years old). After a long wait for the discovery of their beloved Turkey, they rushed for PCR, the tests were negative, Hooray, forward to the operator for the next flights. We picked up the tour from the Tez Tour operator (it turned out that this was not a Tez tour, a certain LLC signed the contract, there is no name at hand, the contract itself is now at home, in general, Summer Tour also appears there, howling the final service provider turns out to be a Globe Library). When booking a hotel, the key requirements were: 1 (first) coastline (this is the most significant fact, it's not very good to drag 2 children to the sea on your neck), Side (sand, we've been here more than once, and the devil pulled to take another hotel). As a result, we picked up this hotel, as we were told that the sea is 200m through the forest and there will be no problems. And now in order: 1 we were deceived, the distance from the sea is about 1 km, there are no shady paths to it, imagine a picture with 2 children in the blazing sun (at the same time you need to cross 3 intersections, 1 of them is not adjustable) stomp 1 km there and 1 km back, all this with hotel rooms with towels, yes, yes, you need to take a towel at the hotel, stomp to the beach and then pin this wet towel back)))) 5 star hotel))) Of course there is a bus, but without it. We were informed at the reception that he walks every 15 minutes, in fact once every 1 hour, the information on the counter also differs from the words spoken and the actual schedule at the bus stop and on the beach (photo below). In FACT, this is LINE 3 or even LINE 4- it's sad, this is our first time in such a situation. 2. the air conditioning is not turned on at the hotel (somehow the fight against coronavirus is magically underway) Have you tried having breakfast, dinner and lunch in the sauna? No? Well, then go ahead for new sensations 3. Animation, well, maybe it is, but either it is dead or it is dead. Honestly, it's not very important to us personally, but in other hotels it was nice to take the child to an exciting activity or attend a party in the evening. 4. Food, forget about the buffet until 2020, there is no such thing now, I will not describe it, it is just different, more modest, hungrier. The waiter seems to give alms when you ask for food. Bottom line: we wanted the first line, everything else is by and large not so important, we will swim in the pool in Moscow. The tour operator actually sent us a forest to all our messages, they did not want to overpower us, there is an article of the criminal code "fraud" here. We contacted the Consulate of the Russian Federation in Turkey, talked about this issue, left the appeal, the consulate does not solve these issues, but promised to fix this case and transfer it to the Federal Tourism Agency. I will have to apply to the police upon arrival for fraud, yes it is a hemorrhoid (but I have time now), but what to do, the tour operator does not want to settle anything (here and now), we do not need compensation, we need a normal rest. I think Rospotrebnadzor, Rostourism and the Police will be interested in listening to our story, and if it is not interesting, then higher authorities will ask to take action)))) In general, deception, read reviews, see the map where the hotel is located, etc., unfortunately we did not have time. We are currently vacationing at this hotel on 04.10.2021, with two families with children. The hotel does not pull in a five from the word at all, it is a maximum of 3 stars. The room cleaning is terrible, it feels like their cleaning consists only in changing towels, cleaning toilets on the territory of hotels is generally a song, it's terrible there, in Moscow public toilets are cleaner. There is no animation, only a children's disco and sometimes the shows are hackneyed. The food is monotonous, the same thing every day, nothing new in a week. They cook the same thing every day, only they put it in different places. The only thing that is gorgeous is the sea. But there is no entertainment on the beach, not even a volleyball field. We stayed at this hotel from 08/03/2021 to 08/13/2021.Two adults and a child of 7 years old. The hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars. The room stock is terrible, instead of the "Standard 2 + 1" we got a 2-bed room with a cot, with torn curtains. They say on the website that there are no other numbers. And in general, the attitude at the recess is terrible, you feel like you are not welcome. There is almost no cleaning in the rooms, towels do not change (we changed towels on the 7th day after check-in, and that's because we ourselves went to the maid for them). The food is mediocre, the menu is standard (we did not like it) The beach is far away, the bus runs according to schedule, but it is without a conditioner, and the windows do not open, and the bus is full of people in the heat of 43+, well, it is very hot. Walking distance to the beach is 15-20 minutes.Children's animation does not change, it is the same every day. A dirty pool near the slides, the water is cloudy and very chlorinated. Our rating of this hotel is 4 with a big minus.

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen, everything is bad here! Starting from the reception staff, who are rude, rude and show in every way that they are not welcome here at all, they do not know Russian..Everything in the hotel is dirty, the windows are elevators, the toilets that are on the street and at the reception are a separate topic, they are not cleaned at all, and there is constantly no water in all the toilets, sorry, poop is floating, toilet paper is thrown up to the ceiling in the urns... there is a stink....queues in the dining room for 30-40 minutes for a dish. Room cleaning 3-.. the bus to the sea, which is supposedly on schedule, the schedule is not followed absolutely, it has its own, which the hotel guests do not know! Towels are also a hotel theme, they give them out from 8:30 a.m. be ready for the fact that at 09:00 a.m. they will no longer be there, and do what you want…
There are not enough sun beds by the pools, there are very few of them there!
The schedule according to which ice cream is given out is not observed, it should be from 14:00, they can start from 14:40....
They always shrug their shoulders, pretend that they don't understand you at all. We have been vacationing since 06/29 and have not seen a single tourist satisfied yet, we will leave in 2 days and we are very happy!! It's a terrible, terrible hotel.... It does not deserve 5 stars or even 3x....I've never written reviews and I'm not picky at all, but it's hard to keep quiet here!! Do not go to this hotel, do not waste money and nerves.
I will remember this vacation for a long time!

We were in hotels from October 4 to October 11, 2019. Since it was necessary to urgently go on vacation and combine flights without losing days, we bought a ticket to this hotel. The reviews were read after the purchase. The reviews are not the best. Well, we decided the main sea.
The hotel at the price of 5 * in fact pulls on 4-. The first thing that catches your eye at the entrance are dirty sagging chairs and sofas. A friendly girl on the risepshin only for money and to the Germans. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30, we did not give money, we said we would get a better settlement. After us, the Germans arrived without money and settled right away. In the end, we decided to wait by going to the pool bar, looked at the territory, went to lunch. We checked in at 13-30. Greedy hotel: the safe is charged $ 3. per day with a key (which can be lost), weigh a suitcase for 1 euro, 2 keys to the room for a fee. We settled on the 6th floor.I'll say right away if you want to relax in peace, take the rooms on the road (it's best to have more shade on the right side of the entrance). We had a room with a view of the pool (rooms No. 001 to No. 012 on all floors are shaded) the only one + rooms. Why I pay the hotel 4 per room: I clean very poorly (if you want to clean every day 1 dollar) there are no slippers, bathrobes, towels change 1 time in 3 days, sometimes they will forget to put them (so I had to take them out of the cart myself), in strong winds it pulls from the sewer, the air conditioner is not temperature-controlled, in the evening when all the smoke in the room is cooked on the grill, if you want to go to bed earlier it will not work because animation with the neighboring hotel will not let you fall asleep until noon. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It does not bother to go in the morning and in the evening at lunch when it is too hot. It's even worse to ride a bus without windows and air conditioning packed with people. On the beach, the toilet is dirty, sun beds, mattresses in the sand (take a brush and clean it yourself), garbage is cleaned with you, the sun beds are right next to each other. After a small storm, all the dirt on the beach was not cleaned (the neighboring hotels are clean). There is no animation at all on the beach. One + you can always find a free sunbed.
Bleach alone did not swim in the pool, the Germans barefoot from the toilet without washing their feet do swims.
Russian Russians have cocktails at the pool bar from 21-00 and 2 in each hand (note that there is no cocktail card and it is unclear what the bartenders pour when ordering because they are bad with Russian), Germans from 10.00 in unlimited quantities. The screaming Germans are very annoying, sometimes Russians who, having gathered food before finishing, leave behind a piggishness (especially on the beach at the sunbeds).
Another big disadvantage of the 5* hotel is there are no natural juices from packages (only for money), one cola, sprite, powdered drinks.
What I liked: for 5 with 2+ very tasty food in the restaurant, there is always a lot of various meat, fish, salads, sweets, pizza is delicious. You can also have a good snack on the beach.
On the 5th there is a sandy beach, sandy not deep sea (just for small children).
Closing my eyes to everything --- the rest was a success. No one else is naked in this hotel. I want to relax in a 5* hotel for 5*

The sea is 2 km away instead of the promised 500m. Their bus runs until 18:00. Three meals a day plus soup at night, a snack on the beach and by the pool, but the food leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is 7:30 to 9:00, and if you overslept - your problems, so with the rest. The child has nothing to eat! There is no children's menu! WiFi in the room is paid!!! The safe is paid!!! There is no sound insulation! You can sleep from 3 to 7. Russians are not liked. I would not wish anyone to spend a lot of money on such a hotel

We had a rest in the middle of September 2019. The air conditioners did not really work, the manager at the reception said that they only work after 14.00 for 2 days we did not wait. On the third day
we moved to a room on the other side, where the sun is only in the morning, so the air conditioner was no longer needed. The animation for the week was 2 times for 20 minutes. I haven't seen anyone doing anything with the children during the day. It was noted in the application that the child would have a doctor, unfortunately, there was no compliment from the hotel. What I liked was the water slides at the hotel. At least one entertainment for children.
