Intern Roman has ruined any good opinion about the salon. He is very irresponsible to his work, he does not appreciate the potential customer base. The client was already near the salon, but Roman decided to report his "embarrassment" and cancel the recording, but when he heard that his career reputation might be shaken, he immediately started talking about a taxi. What I can say is that I will not go to nkm for the procedure because of the principle, since it will be just unpleasant for me to sit next to him for 3-4 hours, knowing his attitude towards clients. I ask the management to be more attentive to such interns so as not to ruin the reputation of their salon in the future. Thank you for your understanding and hope for any feedback.
