We were a family on 07/19/2023, 3-bed room. The room is large and free. The furniture is new, the beds are good, the mattress is not crushed. The pillows are thick, blankets (there are additional ones). TV, free wi-fi, in-room kitchen (2-chamber refrigerator, microwave, kettle, electric stove with oven, set of dishes, sink). There is a shower cabin in the room. The staff is friendly and courteous. They settled in quickly. There is parking for a car. Molodezhnaya metro station is 15-20 minutes away at a calm pace. You can take a trolleybus for one stop. The place is quiet and peaceful. I recommend it for a stop. If we are in Minsk, we will stop here again.

We stayed for 3 days. I really liked the hotel. Convenient booking. Good administrators. We rented a 6-bed room with a kitchen. The room is clean. I cleaned every day, changed towels, put shampoo, shower gel. If we are in Minsk, we will stay at SERC.

A quiet place, courteous staff, clean, well maintained and quiet. There is parking, a balcony, the room has a comfortable shower room with toilet, a kitchen with all basic necessities and amenities.

We had a vacation with a friend during the January holidays. We booked a large room, a block for two rooms, because all the standard rooms were dismantled. And they did not regret it, spacious rooms, a large kitchen made it possible to spend time comfortably. In addition, the hotel has a very attentive, caring staff. Very clean. We changed towels every day, shampoos and shower gel in abundance. We were satisfied, I recommend it.

A good hotel for unassuming tourists. Everything was fine with us. We were vacationing with a family of 4 people in a six-bed room. Towels were changed every day (3 pieces per one). Shampoo and shower gel daily. It's simple, clean, and has everything you need. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, spoons, forks, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, cutting board, knife, 2 pots, frying pan (the coating is damaged, not used), kitchen towel. 50% discount on the pool for guests. For guests without a car, it will take about 15 minutes to get to the Molodezhnoye metro station. Not far from the metro Korona shopping center. In general, I recommend the hotel.The photos correspond to reality. I will advise my friends. Let's go back to it again. Minsk is a beautiful city. Thank you for your hospitality.
