Great hotel. We had a rest in April 2024. There is practically no territory of its own, but there is an embankment, paved, wide, convenient for walking. You can also walk along the streets of the area. The hotel has excellent service. The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea. Varied and delicious food. There is a pool bar and a beach bar. There is also a bistro above the pool bar where you can have a snack. Cakes are prepared on the beach. Very tasty. You can have a snack here and there almost all day at the hotel. The drinks are good, cocktails are being prepared. One point is that it is not clear why there is no bar in the lobby, or rather there is one, but only tea and coffee. The beach is large and sandy. In some places, when entering the sea, you can stumble upon large slabs. There are plenty of deck chairs, there is always room. We were lucky with the weather, it was hot. The water in the sea is cool, but you can swim.
The impressions from the hotel are good. I liked everything.

The food was delicious, the room was spacious, compared to 21 years ago, the disco became quieter and in time, you can relax, the pier was expanded on the beach, there is now a lower one, the sea is warm, they clean perfectly if you make friends with the maid.
In general, everything was friendly, in dark times you can see bright people.
Special thanks to the restaurant administrator (a man with dark hair and a red shirt) for his help and understanding.
I will add, return the bowls to the cats with food near the hotel, the guests will still feed them.

We had a rest with a friend in this department for the first time. Very polite staff, the room is clean, spacious and very cozy. The food is varied, there are a lot of things. Meat dishes, fish, seafood, various cold snacks, sweets and pastries. You can 't even tell me everything . The animators are great, especially Ksenia, a real lighter. The end of October 2021. Initially, it should be understood that this is a budget hotel aimed at the Russian-speaking public.
Pros: There is a gorgeous pier to dive. The sea is super, smaller - deeper. The food is just fine for the money. The room is a good 3 stars. The staff is friendly and diligent. On-site spa at an adequate price.
Cons: If the windows overlook the courtyard, then there will be a fierce disc in your room until 23-24 o'clock at night. The main highway of the city under the windows is an eternal noise. Animation at the end of October was not noticed. There are a lot of ethyl kayfariks. They smoke everywhere. The micro-territory of the hotel.
Separately, I can recommend excursions from Misha, his counter and a shop next to the main entrance. Our brother, from Astrakhan. He misses the caviar dried fish and Borodino bread very much, he will be glad to have a gift, he will be pleased with a discount. This is the first hotel to be visited twice (2023 and 2024). This year, the hotel has been transformed: the carpet in the halls on the floors has been changed, the lobby has become bright and beautiful.
What are the advantages:
1) the food is definitely for 5, a large selection, everything is fresh and delicious (tongue, red fish, squid, different types of meat, sweets, fruits).
2) pier - we go to the sea and swimming from the pier is a thousand times more pleasant than going through the rocks into the sea (the entire coast of Alanya plates)
3) the attitude of the staff - upon arrival, Olga helped us a lot with the check-in (we did not book the hotel in advance this year). And whenever you come to the reception, they will always answer your questions and help you.
4) the location of the hotel (yes, it is far from Antalya airport, but we ordered an individual transfer, we got there very quickly, less than 2 hours). The advantage of the hotel is that it came out - and even walk along the embankment, even along Barbarossa Street, where there are a lot of shops, cafes, etc.
Which of the disadvantages:
1) the bar - the main bartender is on his own mind, asked to make less alcohol in a cocktail, did the opposite. But the rest of the bar staff are friendly, smiling, trying to make drinks the way you ask them.
2) cleaning - little has changed here for the second year. On the first day, the cleaner broke an ashtray on the balcony and left everything like that, they cleaned the fragments themselves, twisted an elephant out of towels as compensation. The towels were not changed once, I weighed them back on the shelf (we put them on the floor and weighed them on the glass partition, it was useless). As a result, they just took out the trash, that's all the cleaning.
3) Wi-Fi is only paid. Last year we bought a SIM card (ptt post office is 100 meters from the hotel, near Waikiki, where you can buy a tourist SIM card) this year we used our roaming.
4) animation - there is practically no animation, we were approached only once, invited to volleyball. As it is, the animators are not visible or heard. But every evening there is a mini disco, some kind of show or program. There are discos with pink roses and karaoke with Vladimir Central.
I recommend the hotel, considering what prices have become for a vacation, who wants inexpensive and high-quality - you can safely go straight.

The restaurant is located on the 7th floor with a magnificent view of the sea, I have never seen this anywhere.
The beach is free in autumn, but they occupy it at 6, they come to sunbathe at 12, it's sad.
The person on duty at the pier does not look after those who occupy the sun beds, people often rest there without bracelets, it is unlikely that you can take a sunbed and an umbrella of the hotel for money. The entrance from the pier is by a ladder, from the shore it is better in corals. There is a parachute ride. Beach bar - coffee, tea, beer, gozleme is prepared.
There is a great bar by the pool, delicious cocktails are prepared, you can always find a table to sit.
The hotel is located in the city, good infrastructure. There are shops, pharmacies, and even a shopping center.
The embankment is parallel to the road, but it is a city.
The fortress and Cleopatra Beach can be reached by bus.
The rooms are different and clean. But there are problems with lighting, the light bulbs are not all lit, they are fixed after the application, but not qualitatively.
It takes 3.5-4 hours to drive from the Airport. Pick up 4 hours before check-in, which starts 3 hours in advance, there is only one 15-minute stop on the road.
I will not recommend it, the choice of a hotel is a very individual matter.

3 stars for a private beach with a pier. That's all. For an inexpensive trip to Turkey, it will do. As it is, the food is not very tasty (as well as in Turkey as a whole). We checked in at night, they put us in some kind of cubicle for the staff. They said they would move us, but in the end we had to spend another night to be given a standard room with a balcony and some kind of normal view. And it's on my birthday)) In the evening, giant cockroaches run around the playroom (in general, I understand the hot climate). It's cool on the pier, but because of the visitors and the free beer, there's a lot of plastic floating in the water (from cups).
Overall, the renovation is tired at the hotel.

The passage to the sea is convenient, the sea is high, the pier is amazing especially when you are sitting in a restaurant for dinner in an open area on the top floor, the sunset and the pier are all lit up, so beautiful and atmospheric!!! In principle, you will not stay hungry enough, although for some reason everything is not salty, but this is not a problem everyone could add salt and pepper to anyone as much as they need, paid Wi-Fi, it takes 4 hours to drive from the airport, but since we arrived early in the morning it did not bother us. The hotel is pretty good, there is everything that Russian people like.. on the ground floor there is a steam room, massages, etc. There are a couple of pools with different water temperatures.. the power supply is atomic.. Eat for days..beer, wine.. free. There is a separate exit to the sea beach..there is also a mini bar. In the evenings, something like a disco. The rooms are relatively clean and air-conditioned.I didn't see any cockroaches on the walls..) but, they give one electronic key for the whole family. For the loss of 10 bucks, greedy people ask. In the evening, you can wander around the city and spend money, because it was hell in the afternoon, and in the evening after 21.00 it is very comfortable, prices..the further away from the hotel, the cheaper it is. We took a motorcycle for a ride, the price is 20 bucks per day. It is possible with category B. We have visited all tourist points.. in stores, as everywhere, any whim is for your money. Overall, 4 points. August is very hot for them.

We rested at this hotel from 19.08 to 27.08. The room was overlooking the sea, clean, cleaned every day. The on-site water park is open on time. There are a lot of animations for every taste and age. The dances are incendiary, the child still dances, what he learned at children's discos with Murat. The food is delicious, everyone will find something to their taste. And the rooftop restaurant is a huge plus. There are enough sun beds both at sea and by the pools. The sea is nearby, 2 min walk. Of the disadvantages, there are not enough hours on the territory of the pools, the bar.

I really liked the hotel. Your own beach. Walk 8 meters through the crossing. There are sun beds on the beach, there is shade, there is a pier. The beach bar offers refreshing drinks and beer. Tortillas with cheese and herbs are also prepared. But to be honest, it's delicious, but not real Turkish. But it's still delicious. There is a public transport stop near the hotel. Bus number 1 will take you to Cleopatra Beach. It takes half an hour to drive. It costs 30 lire per person. Payment is either by card or in lira. From the beach, you can take a cable car up to the fortress. The views are gorgeous. It will cost 19 euros per person. But it's worth it. I recommend the hotel. For your money, a good one.

We had a rest in early May, the sea pleased us - we swam all the time.
I liked the hotel - a very charming girl Olya at the reception, always helped with solving any issues. The room was on the opposite side from the sea - they asked for it to be quieter, and everything was fine with us, there was no music from the pool and evening entertainment and the view was not on the construction site. The neighbors did not hear the word "at all", they were😁.
The entrance to the sea did not cause any difficulties, as they wrote more than once, you can safely enter directly from the pier, we swim a lot and well and were extremely pleased with the absence of buoys- swim wherever you want!
The food is good, there is a lot of it, you will always find something.
There were always enough places in the restaurant and on the beach on the sun beds.
There were no negative emotions about this.
The hotel is also located normally - not a city, not a steppe - there is a place to walk in the evening.

There was an Ultra BB system in this hotel. Excellent location to the sea, its passage is a minute walk away. The food is good. The bar is not very good, the juices are all well, probably as usual in Turkey according to the type of upi. Cocktails made from them. There is no animation.there is practically no territory. But + a large swimming pool. Ala kart restaurant - 2.5 out of 5. From + a gorgeous view from the restaurant , two terraces and this covers the disadvantages. We are staying at the Senza Grand Santana Hotel from 4.09 to 12.09. My impressions are mixed. It's great that the hotel is located on the first coastline, close to the sea, there is an opportunity to walk to the sea via an underground or pedestrian crossing. There is a large clean swimming pool, slides, a children's pool on the territory. Everything is great in terms of nutrition, a large selection, different dishes were added every day. The rooms have air conditioning, which is undoubtedly good.
However, the advantages end there. The room, and the hotel as a whole, does not pull in its stated 5 stars. Maximum of 3 stars. Cockroaches are running around in the rooms, the furniture is scratched (there are crosses on the sliding closet door), the doors are stained and pierced, the plumbing is leaking (they said they would send a plumber, but no one came). The cleaners washed the floor only on the third day of arrival, only gel and shampoo are changed in the room.
You definitely need to clarify about paid and free services. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi is paid, 3€ per day throughout the hotel.

The hotel is on a solid 3, the hotel does not pull at the declared 5 stars, we were in this hotel for the third time, because in the past it was great.
The quality of service is 0/5, for 10 days of rest, the bed linen was changed once, after two trips to the reception, from the first the hotel administration apparently could not convey the information. Towels were changed a couple of times, not as stated. The floors have never been properly washed, they were moved with a dry cloth and that's all the cleaning is over, as well as the balcony.
The air conditioners, apparently, have not been cleaned since the opening of the hotel, and its location opposite the bed is very doubtful.
The food in the restaurant and bistro is for an amateur, on the third day you no longer know what to take, it's good that there were vegetables. Meat in the restaurant goes through 7 circles of hell, first the grill, then the same pieces in sauce, well, in the third stage there is goulash, stale pasta and rice with bulgur. As if for the sake of appearances, a laboratory assistant went and took food samples. Drinks are weak, especially beer diluted with water. Russian Russian and foreign glasses are the most noticeable thing, it's funny... no one has been waiting for a Russian guest there for a long time.
The smell in the pool bar is terrible, low-quality alcohol mixed with the toilet.

We extended the room for $ 40, pretended to extend the card, but the next day we still had to run to the reception to get it extended, a lot of unnecessary movements.

We rested from 19.09 -29.09. 2024. A 4-star hotel with a big minus. In the pool bar, the persistent smell of vomit. Umbrellas on the pier, not enough, all torn. A lot of people, locals, come to rest on the pier. A queue is forming to go down to the sea. The beach is dirty.the entrance to the sea is very dangerous.
The rooms are cleaned. But the bed linen is disgusting. The sheets are narrow, the coverlet for shelter has not been changed once, they also made the bed with it. Internet is available for a fee, only within the hotel. The windows of the room, if they overlook the sea, do not rejoice. Do not wake up at all . Music until 2 a.m. and drunken shouts. There is no sound insulation.

People of different nationalities had a rest-everything is fine and friendly! Alcohol is good, the food is super. We noticed one nuance , the towels were not changed if they were not lying on the bed , if on a chair or on the balcony , then they were not touched .As soon as I put it on the bed, it was changed immediately. Maybe someone will need this. Everything else is super. And many more wrote that it was far to get. It's an understatement to say that two hours, one and a half were just waiting for everyone at the airport. There were traffic jams and we drove for two and a half hours, then everyone was transported for an hour and a half. So we advise everyone to take an individual transfer so as not to suffer. We are very tired because of this. Will we go again - Definitely Yes. The sea is gorgeous, warm, azure and clean. Get ready to pay for the Internet separately, they accept rubles at the reception too. For fifty dollars, you can choose any other number that will be offered if you want yourself. They don 't impose anything . Have a rest , have a good rest to everyone .It's cool there!!!

I really liked it, we were a family from 06/02/14 to 07/13.24 the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every other day, they feed a delicious large selection of food starting with our Slavic ending with oriental ones. The view from the hotel is of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. There is a pier. The bar on the beach and inside the pool is also a bar. Everything is cool! There is one disadvantage, the transfer is very long, almost 4 hours from Antalya airport (4 hours with a child, well, not every child can stand it)

I was very pleased with the location of the restaurant for food. On the top floor with the possibility to sit on the terrace. The food is delicious and varied. Always fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is clean, good sun beds with soft mattresses, convenient access to the sea and a huge pier with a sunbathing area. The staff is friendly. We were in April, the price tag is the best.

The best hotel we've seen.
Let's start with the fact that we arrived in early August. The weather was great, we were by the pool every day.
The sea is amazing, warm, and the view is very beautiful.
The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one of which consists of a water park.
I would like to tell you about the food,
there are different dishes every day.
There is a lot of food, desserts are amazing,
delicious drinks.
The staff is good. The great detail is that almost everyone speaks Russian.
The cool thing is that the maid performs swans out of half a dozen every day, it looks great.

Great hotel, we were there for the first time. We chose it because we are in love with the village of Mahmutlar!! The hotel is located in the very center of the village. All shops, markets, exchangers, pharmacies are all nearby!!!! Incredible view from the restaurant, it is located on the 7th floor, unreal sunsets and sea views!! The staff is very polite and good-natured. Very tasty and varied food. Quails... mmmm... This is a separate topic!!! Cleanliness is everywhere. Animators work with kids and adults!! The sea is the purest!! The beach is very nice with a huge pier. Of course there are plates on the beach, everyone will say.... yes... There are plates there... but there is a great entrance to the right of the pier without any slabs. We have been vacationing in Mahmutlar for several years, but I want to return to this hotel!!! I like everything!! Location, rooms, sea, food, staff. Thank you. We will come to you again!!!!

Rest September-early October. The food is quite varied: grilled fish / chicken, red / white fish, shrimp in salad dressing. There was grilled fish in October, but it looked more like dead mackerel. There is no green tea, ayran, rose wine. Alcohol: wine, beer, champagne, vixie, tequila, rum, vodka, cocktails, martinis. Cleanliness on the beach depends on tourists. The entrance to the sea is made of stones. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are many shops, cafes, an outdoor bazaar nearby.

The hotel is in a great location. The sea is nearby. In the evening, you can take a walk in the village. I liked everything. The food is good. Lots of different fruits, desserts. The territory is clean. The only drawback is cleaning the room. In 2 weeks , we changed the underwear 1 time . For some reason, they came to clean at 3 o'clock when they wanted to rest. Therefore, cleaning was only in the bathroom. Another misunderstanding is: there is a kettle, a tea set only on arrival and is no longer replenished. Somehow for 5 stars, how they position themselves, is not comfortable.

Great hotel. I remember it with tender warmth and love . We had a rest in November 2022 at the end of the season . Everything was wonderful! The food is always fresh. There has never been a disturbance from breakfast to lunch, from lunch to dinner. An amazing sweet table!For every taste, traditional pastries.Very beautiful cakes. Thanks to the chefs!!!The rooms are clean, renovated. They are cleaned every day. If there were not enough towels, toilet paper, soap. You could always ask and they would give you no problem. Since the hotel is located in Mahmutlar, it is a long drive from the airport. Be ready. We were the last to arrive after delivering everyone else. Nearby, if you go to Barbarosa Street, there are all shops, cafes,restaurants, pharmacies, souvenir shops and a Tuesday and Saturday market. The staff is polite, they changed our room on request immediately without additional charges. The beach is across the street or directly through the underpass. 2 min .There is a bar with drinks on the beach. There were no animators and evening programs in November, but we didn't need to. We were going for a relaxing vacation. DJ was playing music , that was quite enough . I especially often put the Sun in Monaco on order from the guests, Lucy Chabotina))))) It didn 't bother me at all . I recommend the hotel . Would we go back there again? Answer: yes!!!!
