Plumbing is in trouble. At first, many people are given a bad number (you need to ask for a good one, they will change it). They give you one room card if you leave it somewhere (for example, on a towel and go swimming), the reception staff will take it off and then they will charge you 10 dollars or euros for the loss. It's also better not to leave things alone near the pool, they steal if they like something. The pools are not heated (the children's pool is also cold). In general, I recommend this hotel more to people without children from 30 to 50 years old. I have someone to chat with, drink with, and hang out with. It's not very good with children.

Great hotel. We had a rest in April 2024. There is practically no territory of its own, but there is an embankment, paved, wide, convenient for walking. You can also walk along the streets of the area. The hotel has excellent service. The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea. Varied and delicious food. There is a pool bar and a beach bar. There is also a bistro above the pool bar where you can have a snack. Cakes are prepared on the beach. Very tasty. You can have a snack here and there almost all day at the hotel. The drinks are good, cocktails are being prepared. One point is that it is not clear why there is no bar in the lobby, or rather there is one, but only tea and coffee. The beach is large and sandy. In some places, when entering the sea, you can stumble upon large slabs. There are plenty of deck chairs, there is always room. We were lucky with the weather, it was hot. The water in the sea is cool, but you can swim. The impressions from the hotel are good. I liked everything.

The hotel is beautiful. Russian Russian is spoken by some of the staff, who are kind, friendly and helpful, which is very convenient for Russian foreigners. The hotel has 4 pools: children's, regular (with different depths), indoor, with three water slides. There is a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks near the regular pool, as well as a gym, a children's room, and shops. There is also an outdoor stage on site. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant with two balconies overlooking the sea. The food is delicious with a huge variety. On the ground floor there is a bar near the lobby, shops, a Turkish bath with sauna and massage. The location to the shops outside the hotel is convenient. Why are we getting 4 stars instead of 5? We were put in a cozy room that we really liked. At the same time, there is one huge PROBLEM, there were a lot of ants in our room, we counted 3 anthills in the doorways (in the bathroom, at the entrance to the bathroom and at the entrance to the balcony), when we asked to clean up, we only wiped some of the ants with a little cloth and that's it. Ants have also been repeatedly spotted in the hotel itself.
