Luxury hotel 🤩🤩🤩But I'd like to point out that we were there out of season. For February, everything is more than cool there. All bars are open - even the beach bar, the night bar is open and even with snacks- there is no truncation of service anywhere except the children's water park (because it is open). It's a bit far from the hammam to the warm pool, but if you run across the street, it's very convenient.🙂
The rooms are great- everything is working, everything is clean. Even if you don't take the "sea view", then your sweetest balcony will have a view of a wonderful meadow surrounded by flowers. But I'll note that it will be a little dark in such a room, but it won't be hot. The food is very refined, the restaurant is not full of assortment, but everything is very tasty, beautiful, high-quality and healthy.
The drinks at the bar are different. If you don't ask for a well-known brand, they'll pour it locally. I must say right away that the local wine is very tasty, especially pink- such that nothing else is needed. 🙂
The territory is beautiful. Those shady, ornate paths👍👍👍
And the boardwalk along all the hotels is a separate delight (especially the number of cats walking along it). If you go to the left and go through it to the end, you will get to the shopping center, by the way, it is much cheaper than those shops that are located at the exit from the central entrance (you also need to walk to them)
I won't tell you about the sea and going into it, because we didn't swim in February.

Save on everything!!! There are no paper napkins anywhere, neither in the room nor in bars, in the main restaurant they put a small piece of paper napkin under the appliances. The buffet is not replenished. Grill - if you're lucky: there seems to be fish, but it's 2-3 pieces and you need to grab it in time, it's not clear if it will be more or not, maybe it will be in 20-30 minutes? The buffet is mostly filled with some kind of jars, with cereal for breakfast, with an old taste, it seems they have been exposed for several years, I have never seen anyone eat them. To get a drink, you need to run after the waiters, although there are several normal ones, but all the positions are usually occupied. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the floor is not washed at all. When we asked the concierge what ultra all inclusive means, and even with a luxury prefix, he replied that they have round-the-clock meals. So it is in all ultra hotels! Whiskey with the same name differs in different bars. What is being poured is unclear! At this price, there are more decent hotels with better service!!!

Nice hotel, the rooms are pretty good. The restaurants have a delicious variety of food, standard for the region. But the Chinese restaurant is just disgusting. There is no adequate service - the waiters forget who the order is for. The food was all overcooked, I had to leave without waiting for the next dish (I definitely do not recommend going to this restaurant).
