LCD Comfort class. Of the advantages, it is worth noting the closed territory and the yard without cars. Landscape design. Availability of sports grounds for adults and children. Of the cons: it does not reach the comfort class .., rather economy +. There is no underground parking. The number of parking spaces is not enough for residents of the residential complex. The management company leaves much to be desired, some issues have not been resolved for years.
