I ordered delivery from Rostov-on-Don to Minsk. I contacted the Semar company by phone, the operator girl behaved as rudely as possible, constantly interrupted and did not give me the opportunity to ask a question. When asked which recipient's phone number was indicated when sending the shipment, she refused to answer at all the first time. I do not recommend contacting this sharashka to anyone. It's been a long time since I've come across such an outright boorish attitude towards a client.

I ordered the transportation of a motorcycle from Minsk to Kazan, the preliminary cost was 28 tr. We took measurements and the cost increased to 50 tr. And no one called and said anything about it, they confronted me with the fact. I did not expect that this could be done to clients. At least after the measurements, I would like to hear the amount, and not send the cargo immediately without waiting for my consent. Dishonest guys. I don't recommend it.
