As a store, it doesn't seem to be a bad one. There are no claims to perslnal either, they are always fussy, but there is one big BUT!!!! 11 a.m., there is no change from 5 rubles, "no ruble, no 2 rubles" is even funny. And that's not all. THERE is ALWAYS NO 1 kopeck, "we will have to." There are already so many of these kopecks owed to everyone, no matter how you go in, you still don't have this 1 kopeck. Okay, it would be like that a couple of times, but it's 5% out of 100% that you will be given this 1 penny. The amount is not large, but from that penny, from another penny, then that's the ruble I was going to. And I understand that this is not the cashier's fault, so a huge request to the MANAGEMENT of the store at 5 Minskaya Street, be kind, leave your employees pennies and change, otherwise you will not find change from 5 rubles, somehow not seriously.

The service staff is from the local area. Accordingly, rudeness and complete incompetence. They don't know the assortment, they work from under the stick. The owner of the local outlet gave up on everything.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. The seller started shouting right from the doorstep that the store was closed and she was accepting the goods.
Everything can be understood, but what is the problem with voicing the same thing in a more correct and calm form?
There is no desire to visit this store.
