We chose between bugaboo fox and cybex priam, we specially came from Gomel to watch live and decide, and then order. The consultant apparently did not consider us to be real buyers and did not help in any way. Now we needed a summer cap, so we decided to give this store a second chance. I called, they sent me a detailed video with a review on Viber, we liked everything, ordered delivery to Gomel and it turned out that the delivery costs 30p. They do not work with Euromail, they are sent by a certain service on an invoice. I'm sorry, of course, but 30p for delivery, which takes 3 days and the waiting time is 11.00-18.00, it's a game....

I chose the stroller myself, having studied the Internet and selected the model, this store had the lowest price. Having ordered a certain color, they brought it the next day. A female consultant helped how and what to do with the stroller + they made a nice discount and gave a discount card. If you doubt the choice, I recommend it)
Of the cons: I asked to bring 2 strollers to determine the color, but taking into account that in any case we will buy one of them, but we brought only one, but I still did not see the logic why not)

The store is probably not bad, but I did not like the attitude of the sellers, I came from another part of the city, ready to buy a stroller and maybe a crib, etc. I was wandering around the store, once a salesman came up to me, asked what I was looking for? I replied that I really need a high-quality stroller, I really came on the recommendation of a friend for Cybex :) I reached for the light model and asked to see the cradle. The seller said that she would not touch it, they say it is branded. She pushed a black stroller towards me, saying it was the same model. And then, in general, she conducted some kind of personal assessment of me by eye and demonstratively went to the next room, although I looked at only one model and continued to study the assortment. I wandered around the store alone for about 25 minutes, and eventually left without understanding anything. It left a very unpleasant impression.
I bought a stroller and a cot and a high chair to order not in the Republic of Belarus. There is no desire to go there for anything else.

We bought it twice in this store - first the Peg Perego Book stroller, then the Recaro Young Sport Hero car seat. In both cases, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service of the staff, we showed everything in detail, instructed, and gave them a chance to try on a child's fifth point without any problems :) It's already 2023, and for Minsk retail it's still a pleasant exception. Considering the assortment, the presence of a huge showroom and not the most exorbitant prices, we definitely recommend the store to all parents!

We visited this store in order to buy a stroller, what was our surprise even at the entrance, arriving with a stroller, it turned out that there was no ramp. But children's goods are sold there, not just strollers, which means that moms with children go there... Actually, this is the first thing that upset me. Next, there are narrow aisles between the strollers and, in fact, a limited choice. For example, you will not find anything below 1000 rubles in this store, although others have a large assortment of good strollers for any budget. We drove according to reviews from the other side of the city and in vain .
I am completing the review.
Ps. After the response of the "Management", instead of 2 stars, I put 1 at all.
I bought a stroller in another store for 860 rubles, so if it's not money for the management, then let them sell their premium strollers to premium customers. It is disgusting and low to read such a review. And I don't really want to ask your seller, who is on the phone, to lower my stroller, leave it with the child on the street. In general, I definitely do not recommend this store with the "not for the average person" approach, but only if you are a premium customer))
