The whole river is dry, overgrown and stinking. Previously, people used to fish there, swim, etc., but now there is only dirt and leeches with garbage. And in general, they set up a hangout around there for friends, their superiors and their children. The locals can't get to the lake, there's nowhere to take the children, there are fences and a thorn all around. For that, the whole high society comes and rests. The bosses-they can.
