The promised production time is 2-3 weeks. The fifth began. And every time they talk on the phone that they don't know when the order will arrive, we are waiting for the courier. How so?! No communication at all?!
Well, tell me honestly at first that they will be ready in 2 months, so that buyers can count on it.
I don't know about other opticians, but I definitely won't recommend this one.

It's a pity that there is no "no star" option! Once again, I turned to a Celtic optician to repair glasses and order new ones, because I thought they were the best.
In the first few minutes, the seller put me in a stupor with her communication! In the old glasses that I bought at Gorky in their branch 2.5 years ago (134 bel.rub. the frame cost a lot), the eyelet broke and I had to tape the shift in them to finalize it. To which the seller said, "I can send them to our master, but I think he will be naughty, because you have some scotch particles left here." I was shocked by the answer. But it didn't stop there. Then I asked to insert new lenses into another frame (the new one I brought). I have astegmatism and the lenses themselves are not cheap. And again I was refused - "your frame is not disassembled, the master will not be able to put the lenses, even without a guarantee, you need to order a frame from us." I left very upset(((
p.s. on the way home, I met an almost imperceptible small optics in the yards, looking in there and asking the same thing, I was extremely surprised. The consultant took my old frame for repair without any problems, and undertook to insert new lenses into my new frame with a guarantee, a pleasant bonus was a free examination by an ophthalmologist when ordering new glasses.
EXPENSIVE!!! All with some pathos. Once we were monopolists and there was not much choice. There are a lot of competitors now and just a huge selection. There are no complaints about doctors, they know their business. According to the consultants, it is anological. Only there is no connection between doctors and sales.
