First of all, the doctor ate right in the examination room, not even during lunch. Even in the state polyclinic, doctors do not allow themselves to eat in the office.
Secondly, Customer service + disregard for customers, especially when you order lenses for this particular optics at this particular address. When I was still told in plain text to personally call in a week or two and pick up the lenses (order).You call them every week and ask if they've arrived or not, and they don't know anything. When she called the second time, she didn't even have time to finish, as they simply dropped the call without explaining anything and sent her to call another optician at Gorky. But there were no such lenses there either. Draw conclusions about whether it is worth going there at all and paying such money with such service.
It's just a nightmare. She came out practically in tears, with a lump in her throat and without glasses. Before that, I came several times, and all the times the communication with the consultants was very mediocre: they are more busy with paper chores than customer service and help in replacing glasses; with an appointment, the same thing, the feeling of a deaf phone, "why did I come at all". The doctor is just a complete nightmare. The commanding tone, familiarity in the style of the USSR polyclinic, the appeal to "you", as well as "darling, darling", value judgments like "so you see so badly? and where to fall further? Don't you see anything at all? And where did such people come from? what city are you from?" etc., which make a lump rise in your throat, your voice trembles and one desire is to leave this institution immediately. Also incompetence in the selection of glasses: everything is done by eye (ironically), then when compared with the device the difference turns out to be 3 mm (!), constant familiar statements. It all ended with me being told "these glasses, which are 8 years old, are good for work, just repair them, why did you come to change them, I do not know", and only after my insistence did they pick up the lenses, but of course, the quality is very doubtful, so this consultation is just 22 rubles thrown away, spoiled nerves and the rest of the day. I will have to choose another salon and undergo a visual examination again, but I will never come back here again and I will not advise others.

I bought sunglasses here in September. A pleasant surprise was the 50% discount, the glasses included a sturdy case and a napkin. The consultant did not impose herself, did not follow on her heels, as it happens :) There is a large selection, both fairly budget brands and brands of a more expensive segment are represented.
