A small, cozy hotel, we stayed there in July 2024. The staff is polite and helpful. We are always ready to offer something interesting and help if necessary. The hotel has an outdoor terrace, a small courtyard with a children's area, a swimming pool and a water slide. There are plenty of sun beds, and towels are provided. Pleasant music is playing in the bar, and there is a wide range of drinks. The caring and sociable bartender is always happy to offer ice cubes that save you from the heat). The rooms are cozy and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning,refrigerator,fresh bed linen every 2-3 days. Meals include national and European cuisine, plus fast food items (kids are crazy about it). There is a hammam and a spa (the quality and service are excellent). The relaxation area is equipped with soft cozy sofas, billiards and board games. Three times a day, a minibus takes tourists to the seaside, the journey takes about 10 minutes. The hotel has access to two shore locations-sandy and pebble. Wi-Fi both in the rooms and on site is good, and free). This hotel is for those who want a relaxing and comfortable stay. The kids will love it there too. I would like to thank all the staff and the hotel guide Azimzhan for a comfortable and interesting stay.

A very good hotel for three stars and its price.
The staff is friendly, almost everyone understands and speaks Russian.
The room is clean, well renovated. Room cleaning is frequent, you can hang a sign on the room and it will be cleaned for sure. The air conditioner works well, even too well)
Our meals were all inclusive: breakfast 7:00-10:00, lunch 12:30-14:00, dinner 19:00-22:00. We were not hungry. Breakfast is usually boiled eggs, omelette, olives, vegetables, butter and chocolate paste, bread. For lunch - salads, rice, soup, nuggets, chicken, one day there was grilled fish, watermelon. For dinner - cakes, baklava, chicken, potatoes (French fries/baked), soup, watermelon, plums, apricots, olives, vegetables, salads.
There is a bar with unlimited drinks: sodas, mojitos, pina colada, tequila sunrise, wine, etc. The bartender is very friendly.
It's not a quick walk to the sea, we haven't tried. The hotel provides a shuttle service at 8, 9, 10, 15 o'clock and picks up back at 9, 10, 12 and 18. That was enough for us. In the evening, they take you to the sandy beach, where the entry into the sea is smoother, you can find sun beds. In the morning, they take you to the beach with small pebbles, it feels sharper. There were always a lot of free sunbeds under the canopy (see photo). The sand is very hot, you can't reach the water without shoes.
There is not much additional entertainment. You can play billiards in the lobby, there is a pool with a slide and sun beds in the courtyard. By the way, both children and adults like the slide. The depth of the pool is 1.4 meters. In the evening, there is a transfer to the Park of Legends for the evening show. There is also a hammam in the hotel.
The location is not bad. There is a beautiful migros five minutes away. It accepts both dollars and lira. A little further there is Mavi, Waikiki. You can walk to the center, there are many shops with clothes. I advise you to go to the center on Saturday, when there is a market there (it seems to be on Thursday). Dollars, euros, and lira are accepted on the market.
Summary: we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we are happy to recommend it for a relaxing and budget holiday.

The most terrible hotel that has ever been seen, because of one person. The reviews are clearly fake, it's very sad ((
We are here now, a conflict with the hotel manager Yusuf. He does not put people in anything, behaves aggressively, rudely and inadequately. Obviously tired and wants to rest! They want to evict a family with two small children, because they just did not like the hotel manager. Because they expressed dissatisfaction with the transfer to the sea (dangerous for traveling with children). They refused service, they are scared by the police and eviction. There is no meat, the food is bad, the staff is generally nice and friendly, except for the manager Yusuf.
