Pros: excellent location in the center of places of interest, shopping malls, we tried to make the renovation stylish, air conditioning, TV, shower, refrigerator are working. There is no smell on the floor and in the room, it is clean and pleasant. Wi-Fi from the room works great, the hotel staff is friendly and caring (if you ask something, they don't fit themselves). Breakfast is normal, there is even watermelon and cherries, well, tea, coffee, cheese, eggs, sausages, of course. The view is good from the dining room. Cons: there really are cockroaches (we saw two), we took poison with us and scattered it in the corners of the room. It must be accepted as a fact that: There are Windows, but they overlook the courtyard, you can say there is no sunlight here, the format of the hotel is bad and brekfast, we slept in the shower, had breakfast and went for a walk.

It's a terrible place! Besides living with cockroaches in terrible conditions, there are also very angry employees. Especially in the dining room. Breakfast was included, but there are specially trained people and make sure that you take no more than two eggs)) And the rest is impossible there. I took 3 eggs, and they snatched them right out of the plate. Or, God forbid, pour water into your bottle. There is practically no hot water, the air conditioner barely worked… Only a nice cleaning lady diluted this creepy place.
