The rest are there for show, so that they can ask for a po at the end of the month... breakfast seems to be all there, but the cook gave me a dirty fork.... the room is dusty from old age, but the bed was very clean! The bathroom is large, but they put a narrow shower stall to fight with their elbows)) in general, the hotel is worth it for its price, and so the railway station area should speak for itself)))

The first time I was at the hotel in 2015, the second visit after 9.5 years - well, nothing has changed except the prices. All the same strange plastic showers, torn sheets and old furniture. He will go to spend the night, but he will not stop for a few days.

For 14,000 tenge, it's not worth it even close. The room behind the curtains is dilapidated. Shower cabin with flexible walking floor. There is no WiFi from the word at all, although it is stated on every floor. If you can connect, it will be for a couple of minutes at most. It is impossible to reach the administrator, he is simply not there. There are only a couple of one-time shampoos in the shower. But the breakfast finished off the most. I don't remember being served a dirty appliance at the hotel (a fork in this case). At the same time, I did not have the opportunity to replace it - breakfast was set for two people and the appliances were personal for them.

The worst hotel I've been to.I'm not coming back here anymore.The beds are terrible, there are insects in the rooms, the water pressure is generally very bad, as if there is not even water.There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer and much more in the bathroom.The air conditioner ate how it works.And the price is very high.I am ready to pay a maximum of 6k tenge for this

Service 0 for 4 days, they did not clean the room once, they did not change the sheets, towels, I asked for the remote control from the air conditioner, they replied that it was not yet the season for us on May 15, it was hot, but they did not have the season in the SUITE. I imagine what attitude to those who rented a regular room, the service staff urgently needs to be completely changed
