We had a rest with our family in October 2024, we liked the hotel, the huge territory, many areas for recreation and entertainment. The amusement park is suitable for all ages, there are even a few extreme ones. The sea is very warm.
It is rare to find such a huge menu in restaurants, where chefs deserve the highest ratings. I didn't have time to try everything.
When we were driving, we expected that there would be a stone beach, but in fact there is a small coastal strip with pebbles, the entrance into the water itself, like the beach is sandy and pebbly, you can relax quite comfortably without bathing slippers.
Most of the staff understands Russian.
The disadvantages are that there is a shortage of space on the beach and by the pool, EVERYTHING is occupied!!!
The beach turns into the Anapa-Sochi collective farm, everyone lies as they can and on what they can, if you look from the pier, you can immediately see where the selectum beach is, and where the neighboring hotels are, there is perfect order, no one had enough space for everyone, not a single sunbed was dragged to the sea, or did not lie down on a towel.
You can rent a car from the guys from Anex at an adequate price (with insurance).
Travel options:
1. An hour's drive from one side of Alanya with its port, fortress, Cleopatra beach, observation decks.

A nice hotel with a wonderful set for 5* stars.

There are two water parks for adults and children.

A very controversial hotel, there are pros and cons. We had a rest from October 19 to October 29 with children.
Check-in: excellent, nice clean, quiet room in the Aqua building. Everything is new.
Cleaning: the first three days are terrible. Then the cleaner changed and it became good.
Aquapark: I liked the adult, so unusual, with a twist in the design. We haven't been to the kindergarten, the water is icy, it's not heated. This is a minus, the children were upset 😔
Food: I was fine, but I don't have much of a tooth even on vacation and I'll always find something to eat. Children have no choice. We spent all 10 days on potatoes, rice and pasta. Everything is meat with spices or spicy, kids don't like it that much. There are the same dishes on the children's table as on the adult one. There was plenty of fruit, considering the season.
The territory of the hotel: I did not like it, the lawns are shabby, there are no interesting locations, the territory is large and there are no cozy playgrounds for walking. Surprisingly, there is no playground where kids can climb and play. There is a small slide and a broken house on the beach, it would be better not to put it up, it's a shame for a 5-star hotel!
Beach: disappointment, there is no beach cleaning here. Hence a lot of cigarette butts, dishes from under food, etc. The entrance to the sea is very inconvenient for children, the depth is immediately and sharply. A wide strip of rocks before entering the sea. If you have the same active children as me, you and the children need sneakers! There are a lot of stray dogs running between the couches. We returned from a swim, one dog is lying on our couch. And the neighbors said she also relieved her need nearby while we were away! The sea is clean and warm in October.
Luna Park: it's good, but it turned out to be irrelevant to us. Of the 4 age-appropriate carousels, only 2 were working. Mine went for a ride 2 times. It was no longer interesting.
Animation: for children, there was no during the period that we were, only a disco in the evening, very strange, the season has not ended yet, actually. There is nothing for adults during the day either, they left only the evening show and music.
The hotel staff are hospitable, attentive, but there really aren't enough of them in the restaurants. Hence the dirty dishes that often came across.
The main disadvantage turned out to be for me - this is a huge number of vacationers in the low season. This is a disaster for me! I did not think that this could happen at the end of October. Queues all around 😔 the fight for couches on the beach is a separate topic. Many people have been sick with rotavirus. Due to the dirty beach and the large number of vacationers in the low season, we will not come here anymore.

We had a rest in early October. (two adults and a child of 7 years old).
Pros: very beautiful and well-groomed territory, lots of entertainment for children (water park, luna Park). Everything is very beautiful. Good animation. A beautiful beach. But the sunbeds were occupied in the morning, since then there would be no places at all. It can be seen that the race was very big. There is a good bazaar nearby. You can buy a lot of things there)))
Cons: unfortunately, 30% of the food was not tasty. It was frustrating. Poor table cleaning in the restaurant. Nothing is sprinkled and the appliances are placed directly on the table. The floor was washed in the room only after complaints. And they didn't even fold the towels (this is a small thing, of course, but it's strange).
So, on the whole, we were satisfied. I hope they will fix these shortcomings by next season, as food is very IMPORTANT.

An excellent hotel, a large territory, a lot of slides, I was pleased with the quantity and quality of food - they cook delicious and quite diverse. A large selection of bulk ice cream. A children's club with PS and show programs and a lunapark in which adults also have something to ride. In general, a great family hotel for your money. We got to Oktoberfest and a couple more events for which a stage and activities were specially set up on the territory.
Of the minuses, only entering the sea, if it is convenient to jump from the pier, if from the beach, then it is not very pleasant to walk on the stones without slaps, the beach itself is sandy.

The food is good and at every turn, ice cream, drinks, best of all in the lobby bar. A large spacious beach, places were always found, there is no need to walk by the pool, you can order everything without getting up from your seat, also to the beach. They did not like the room, at the request they changed it immediately without additional charges, they received a large family room, instead of the standard, with a sea view. Very good! We had a vacation during the fall school holidays with two children. We were offered a two-room suite instead of a one-room suite for a reasonable surcharge. A very good offer! In the evenings we went to the lunapark, a great place to take the children away for the night, there is also a good large water park, the territory allows you to walk, the main building has its own dining room, further where the villa is its own, to whom it is more convenient. Slides from small to large, indoor pools, the sea itself is sand with pebbles. There are many sun beds both by the sea and by the pool. A small minus, you can smoke everywhere on the street, so you can smoke at lunch in the open area. There are a lot of bars and alcohol is also foreign. The rooms are spacious. There is both cold and hot water. It's worth going with the children. The hotel is so family-run that they even give you maternity slippers. The mini bar in the room is free of charge. For children there is a large water park with slides and a lunapark with carousels, there is a children's area with air conditioning, consoles, Legos, a drawing room, and much more. The territory is just great, it's easy to find 15 thousand steps in a day.

A great place, especially a children's mini club. Children are always supervised, they are passionate and busy with something, board games, master classes, animators speak Russian, English and Turkish. They find an approach to any child. The children adore them and don't want to leave.
The hotel itself has a large territory, the main building with a large swimming pool, three-storey houses with 1-2 rooms per floor with private access to the pool (only from the first and second floors) and another small building with a small pool. Nearby there is just a mini club, children's and adult water parks and a lunopark. Aqua parks are beautiful, there are no queues, sometimes only on the white hill, rescuers are always on site, watching. The sea is clean, the pier is small but cozy. The beach is spacious, sun loungers are occupied from early morning, but you can always find a free one. The food is varied, delicious, but without delicacies. You will definitely not stay hungry. The main restaurant has a slightly larger selection and a themed dinner every evening. There is less choice in the second restaurant, but everything is delicious and basic. Alcohol is available in all bars, but not everywhere elite. There is a market on the territory of the hotel on the way to the sea with adequate prices, and in some places it is cheaper than outside the territory. The staff is responsive, friendly, many speak English and Russian, but not all. Room cleaning (in watering cans) was carried out daily, despite the full workload of the hotel.

An excellent hotel with its own luna park, albeit small, many different slides, there is an interesting children's water park, you can always find a free sunbed on the beach (it was at the end of May, but the hotel was full), the entrance to the sea is pebbles, for whom it is critical you can immediately buy special shoes (about 800-900 rubles), the food is excellent, they cook well and a variety of food, the food system is very well thought out, whenever you arrive, any of the restaurants always works. There is also a good kids club, an indoor pool in case of bad weather. I recommend.

This is a very cool hotel, a large territory, delicious food. The main pool is large and clean, there is a long pool on the territory of the bungalows, in principle I liked everything. BUT of course the cleaning is TRASH! they didn't give us slippers, although they should be, they didn't change everything else for us (there were two soaps, they started using one, they didn't report one!) The floors were washed, but with a dry cloth, the mini bar was replenished, the linen was changed, BUT ONCE THE CLEANERS JUST PUT CLEAN LINEN ON THE BED (LIKE CHANGE IT YOURSELF!) this is generally a caper! We lived in the bungals, they are wonderful! I liked almost everything, we will definitely come again!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

We had a rest from 07/19/25/07, We liked everything very much, the hotel is family-run mainly for families with children. I would say there is not much variety in food , but you can always find delicious food. The service is 5*, the rest was excellent , I do not recommend moving down the slides in the water park upside down , since I myself suffered a little foolishly. The rooms are in good condition, but it can be seen that they are not fresh. As for animation, they need to work on this issue a little bit. The animation is slightly lame. This is the third time we have been staying at this hotel!
A large territory, delicious food and despite the end of the season there is animation, we go to darts to Angelina and Berkant twice a day, volleyball. Evening shows, live music and a DJ.
