Very nice Hotel but Room 406 door could not close ( had problem) and Hot air ventilating system was not heating the room. Maximum of heating set to 30 ( as an number not degree of centigrade) but me and my wife was feeling cold and we were far away from the comfort of warm room. Other than that location is good, bedding was clean and comfortable, two bathrooms and large badroom and gossip room with kitchen and refrigarator was pleasing. İ would recommend the hotel to anyone who is cleaning their first priority.

I liked the hotel, friendly staff, good room cleaning, delicious and varied breakfasts, there is a Russian-speaking staff.

Nice hotel with nice staff. A slightly meager breakfast for 5*, but there is a swimming pool outside and a SPA complex included in the price on the lower floors. Price (!) The quality for Istanbul is definitely 10 points out of 10.
