Deception during booking and check-in. A two-bedroom suite for two adults and a child was booked and paid for.
We arrived on May 2, 2025. We were accommodated in an ordinary one-room room with two beds. The reservation was made via trip.com. Attempts to resolve the issue with the staff or the trip operator did not lead to any solution. Their answer was that it wasn't two bedrooms, but two beds.
And so our room is at the very entrance to the hotel, next to the utility room and the kitchen. It's noisy and crowded here, and the phone rings frequently, which interferes with rest (when booking on a trip, I made a note to give a quiet room). The room has no windows. The Internet doesn't work at all, it crashes every 30 seconds. There were other people's suitcases packed under the bed in the room, and on the second day I took them outside the room. The room is dirty and dark, cleaning and changing of linen and towels are not done. The veranda overlooks a terrible concrete wall. There is no mini bar (although there is one in the description of the hotel), water for guests is poured into ordinary glass bottles from the tap. The furniture is all falling apart. I do not recommend this place to relax, do not spoil your mood.
