It is only thanks to the military corps of the ETV that the school is kept afloat. They always don't let you go to school, even though your child is unconscious there, they have rules that parents can't go to school. Training for 3 barely , a Russian school like and Russian - speaking teachers from 5 people at most for the whole school . You can always go to the military building and see for yourself. But no , you can 't go to school .

There are fewer and fewer Russian-speaking teachers in schools. In Russian classes, teachers teach in Uzbek. More important, necessary items.
