We had a rest in July 2024, we liked the hotel, small but cozy, 1st coastline, everything is nearby. The room is excellent, the territory is well maintained. The food is delicious and varied. The evening animation is a bit lame, discos with Turkish songs are very annoying. I really liked the hammam and massage,
I recommend. The sea is clear, but it is better to enter from the pier or from the bridge, without special shoes it hurts your feet. We had a good rest anyway, despite a certain contingent of vacationers, but this does not apply to the hotel.

Everything is fine, the first line, but be prepared that the entry into the sea is not easy. There is a pantone to jump and enter without any problems. There are also 2 swimming pools. The food is delicious and varied. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The staff is polite and courteous. There are no complaints about cleaning.
There is a direct bus from the hotel to Kemer and Antalya, if you want to go for a walk.
We were very satisfied with the rest, I recommend it.

A small, cozy hotel on the beach. Ideal for tourists 50+
The proximity to the sea is 2 minutes from the room, the territory is green, covered with palm trees, flowers and cacti. Everything is very compact and close.
The food was fresh, there were no special delights, but it was delicious. Queues in the area of cooking hot dishes were frustrating. There was mutton, chicken, liver, dorado fish, some kind of sea, beef. There are a lot of sweets, watermelons, grapes, plums. The drinks are decent at the bar.
The sea is beyond praise, one day only washed up some kind of mud, and all the other days are perfectly clean and warm.
There is a small stone strip at the entrance of 2 meters, and then sand. But it's better to go in corals.
The rooms are old, but everything worked. Cleaning is daily, but so-so, it is not particularly noticeable, even if you leave money. Towels were changed every day.
Animation is like everywhere else: karaoke, Turkish dances, a Cuban party, a singer of some kind performed off-key all the songs.
Morning gymnastics on the pier and at sea, a lot of people participated.
There are two pools, but no one swam in the one near the restaurant, and mostly Europeans swam in the second one.
The children's area with swings and houses is not bad and everything is under canopies, there is a children's pool with a slide.
Sun beds should be occupied early in the morning, but most of them are occupied in the evening, they do not take towels, because at 8 a.m. it is almost impossible to find an empty sunbed. Although the place allows you to arrange more sun beds. Umbrellas are small and do not save much. The perfect place on the green lawns under the palm trees.
The beach is being cleaned, no dirt has been found. There are showers from each exit from the sea, a foot wash from the sand and a changing room. The lifeguard was never seen after, the tower was empty. There are also biting fish in shallow water, if they do not actively move, they bite, it really hurts and even wounds remain on the leg, there is no such thing at depth.
There is an entrance to the sea from the shore, from the gangplank and from the pier, as it is more convenient.
The tour was taken from the hotel guide to the Turkish Maldives for 40 euros per person with dinner. It takes 1.5 hours to get to the boat, then 40 minutes to the island, the water there is really turquoise and beautiful photos are obtained.
There is a market next to the hotel, everything is there. There is a cafe at the end of the market, there is even Russian borscht and dumplings for those who miss you. Prices on the market are very high, there is a pharmacy there, you can find any medicine or analogue, everything is convenient to the hotel, gifts can be bought here, at the airport it is even more expensive, for example soap 2 euros on the market, and the same at the airport 5 euros. You can get to Kemer by bus 7, there are many markets and shops there.
Russian Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Turks are the contingent at the hotel, but there are more Russians. And the age of 50 + is mostly young, there are practically no young people. Sometimes it seemed that we were in a sanatorium of the musculoskeletal profile.
In general, I liked the rest, the hotel justifies its 4 stars, but we will not go there a second time, although we met people who come there for the sixth time, they like it.

We had a vacation with my husband in early October. I enjoyed my vacation.
We occupied a room for the disabled due to my illness. The room is spacious and comfortable, though a little tired. Large bathroom. The territory is very beautiful, and, moreover, it is adapted for tourists with limited mobility. I am specifically focusing on this, since I could not find such information myself. Maybe someone will need it.
A cozy restaurant and very good food, polite staff, good leisure organizers Sarina and Ricci. And, of course, the beautiful sea. There is a convenient entrance to the water from the bridge by a ladder.

Part of our vacation was on holiday, and the hotel was not just full, it was overcrowded. It feels like the double rooms were occupied by families of 4-5 people. I really liked the hotel, every corner is cleaned and decorated.Everything is green and beautiful .The hammam is love, the girl Vanessa washed and did an excellent massage, I recommend it to everyone in the first days, the skin is still like a baby and the tan is very even.The food is normal for 4, I didn't have enough hot, if there were nectarines in the first hour you won't come, they are no longer there. I love it! My favorite hotel in Hurghada. I like EVERYTHING about him. Great location, great sea, great staff!!! It is only 50 meters from the building to the sea, everything is nearby. The animator deserves special thanks and admiration. A professional in his field, a vacationer of any age has found entertainment for himself. The usual morning gymnastics is like a show, most tourists participate with great desire. A disco for children is a high-level entertainment. There are experienced water entertainment staff on the shore. You can ride a parachute, in one motorcycle, a banana. Take a boat to the bay to swim. The range of food in the restaurant, its quality 3***-4****. But the work of the staff, waiters, and administrators is at a high level.
Room cleaning is just a separate topic. It's not thought out. Older women work. There are few of them. You need to wait for the room to be cleaned. It happened after lunch. And both times it was necessary to catch. We left a tip, came to the room after lunch, there is no tip and there is no cleaning. The second time we couldn't find the slippers. They tried to ask through a translator, the cleaner says she didn't throw it away. We asked for cleaning twice during the entire vacation. The rooms that are being prepared for check-in are cleaned first.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, I will try to describe everything:
1. Food: buffet every day, they offer a lot of different sweets (we tried new ones every day, eventually we found three cakes to our taste), greens, vegetables in different forms (a lot of eggplants, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.)😁
From fruits: plums, oranges, apples, watermelons in the evenings and melons. There were separate dishes with dressings and just containers with spices. In the morning, dishes with sweet fillings to add to porridge or cereal, as well as eggs, vegetables, and herbs.
There were also chicken cutlets, nuggets, fish, lamb, grilled chicken, etc.
Alcohol: from 10:00-22:00, alcohol and soda are given out alternating platforms, one closer to the dining room, the other closer to the beach. I didn't like any cocktails, it's better to take either pure alcohol or whiskey Cola. This was how the beer saved, it was the only one that was very cold. I made a mahito for myself, picking up an orange and mint in the dining room.
If lunch time ends, then it's time for snacks, where leftovers are laid out.
1.2. Cons: they didn't give us food on the tour, they don't have containers.
They don't sign the dishes, sometimes you have to guess what this or that rice is with.
There is no air conditioning in the dining room. Flies fly in the morning. The bartenders' glasses are not wiped and they run out of ice all the time, they also have a constant queue🙂
2. Recreation: if you like passive recreation, then the place is gorgeous, eat, drink, sunbathe, swim in the sea.
If you need impressions, then you need to take money from above for excursions, it took us about 20,000 rubles for 1 day of the tour (for 2). The rest of the days we rested. The hotel itself offers to participate in the program (where there are many similar physical exercises, gymnastics for children) In the evenings: fireshows, circus performances, belly dancing, foam party. There is also a SPA and a hammam, it is really more expensive than in the city of Kemer, but there is a public one, and here with treatments and individual massage. Zaur was very memorable, he always clarified whether we received towels, whether we had a chaise longue and made sure that no one swam in a storm.
2.2. Minus: there is nowhere to walk, supermarkets and hotels are everywhere, sun beds are lined with towels. Although they will treat you at the supermarket, they will then lure you to buy something in every possible way. On the beach, they will offer a trip to a clothing store or SPA every day.
3. Service: the rooms were cleaned every day, the staff works very quickly in the dining room, they clean quickly.
3.2. Minus: at the reception they wanted to charge us $ 30 at once for a beautiful view of the sea, which can be seen a little from the edge. Then there was an employee who spoke bad Russian and English, the door that broke in the bathroom was never repaired.
4. Rooms: we had a room on the 4th floor where swallows lived in the corridor, it was very nice.
The air conditioning in the room is good, there is everything you need.
4.2. Minus: once a fat cockroach was seen in the hallway😁
There is no kettle and toothbrushes, I still didn't have enough blankets, I was freezing because of the ice cream.
5. Staff: the young staff knows Russian and English well. Russian Russian is spoken more by the animator and there are also a lot of Russian songs at the disco. Rudeness and negligence were not noticed.
6. Beach: the approach is average, first there are small pebbles, then large, small fish swim under the water near the stones, they say that they bite. There is a separate approach and the opportunity to jump from the pier.
6.2 Minus: there were no rescuers on the tower at all, even during the storm.
7. Territory: the view is picturesque, on one side the sea, on the other the mountains, near the city of Kemer. It's only an hour's drive from the airport. One of the nearest hotels for transportation by transfer. There are two swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, there is a dining room indoors, outdoors and an upper terrace overlooking the sea.

We had a rest here in the pre-season on May 15-18, which is probably very different from the situation at the height of the season. In the middle of May, it's almost a paradise for those who want a minimum of people. On the first day, there were 15 people on the beach of the hotel, despite the fact that the water is +20, the air is +27. The main contingent of the hotel at this time is 45-65 years old, without children.
The problems and disadvantages of the hotel:
1. Noisy nightly animation in the hotel itself and in the one next to it, located on the left (if you look at the beach). In the evenings, in the first building overlooking the neighboring hotel, there was a wild mix of screaming music until 23:00. If you need silence, ask for a room in the second building when checking in, and definitely do not take it with a view of the neighboring hotel!
2. The cleanliness of the dishes and rooms left much to be desired. Perhaps the problem is that the season has not started and the staff is not working at full capacity, but a dead cockroach on the floor of the room and plates with a not very clean back is of course a joint.
Of the important good things: there was a lot of food, it was interesting, there was dietary boiled food, there were local specialties, they were always full.

We rested at the Seagull Hotel from June 8 to June 14. The hotel is not bad, it is located on the first line. The territory is large, well-groomed, there are many beautiful plantings, everything is blooming, fragrant. The restaurant is open for 5+, thanks a lot to the chefs, they cook delicious and varied dishes, anyone will find food to taste. The waiters are also great, they keep the restaurant clean. The beach is big enough, there are a lot of sun beds, there are enough for everyone, there are no problems. The only thing is that the entry into the sea is not very good, large stones directly dig into the legs painfully. But there is a pontoon with ladders on both sides, or you can jump into the water right from there. Animation is not to say that it is super, but it is there, we entertained in the evenings. But the efforts of so many people are crossed out by the staff at the reception when checking in. Actually, when checking in, the reception staff extort money. We arrived in a company of six people, three couples. And they all have the same story with the settlement. First, they move into a terrible room with spiders, with the smell of sewage, and in order to move they require an additional payment. We had to pay $35 extra for the "superior room", although the room is standard. It's the same story for the other couples who were with us. In general, the hotel's policy is sloppy. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for a fee, for seven nights 10 dollars. Even playing billiards costs $5 for one hour. There are covered billiard and tennis tables. We played billiards in the evenings for a fee. In all the hotels where we had previously been, it was free. I would like to contact the hotel administration: with such a policy, you lose more than you have from it! Tourists are disgusted by this approach and this attitude towards themselves. No one will want to come to you a second time. Your hotel is already half empty, why are you scaring away guests? If you remove these negative aspects, otherwise everything is very good

The first line, sun beds under good umbrellas. The sea is the purest. However, the beach is pebbly. If you don't like it, come in from a special piercing.
The food has improved compared to 2022: meat and fish always.

Judging by the obvious signs, the hotel is heading for bankruptcy and restructuring... The porter's service is frankly lying (familiar with Russian grammar) to customers. There are not enough basic things - blankets, sheets... Condos don't work. There are not enough hot ZHOSTKO cooking posts - queues line up every meal. Let me remind you: the food is delicious and varied, just a mess. We had a rest in September 2023. Excellent velvet season, the sea is clean and warm, there is no heat. The hotel is small, but very cozy. The kitchen is great, especially I would like to mention the cooking of vegetables on the grill! Mutton is also well cooked almost every day.
Morning exercises on the pier. Evening leisure is organized well. At this time, mostly people of 50+ age are resting. For them, all the entertainment is super!

We had a rest from May 15 to May 25, 2025.The hotel itself is not bad, but it was not quite ready to receive guests, although the vouchers were not cheap. There was no animation, no show, no disco, nothing at all!! There were two DJs playing some music. We approached the hotel staff to find the owner or the general manager. It's useless! They were painting on the beach and setting up a descent into the sea, it smelled of paint. Near the pool, the workers were sawing tiles, it was noisy and dust flew onto the pool. The rest was ruined! There are no words to describe everything. The food is also not very good. We haven't had a rest yet!!!. There were people who had already been to this hotel, they were shocked!

I recommend the hotel! From August 2 to August 10, I rested at this hotel. For the first time I rested at 4 + and did not regret the word at all.
1. The staff is friendly, helpful, and will help with any issue. The guys at the reception are all professionals in their field, most of them speak Russian.
2. The room was overlooking the sea, and overlooking the outdoor clothing store. The room was clean, there were towels for 2 people, although I lived in the room alone. The bed linen is snow-white. Since I was in the room only from 24 hours to 7 a.m., I did not need cleaning, and I put the garbage out of the room in the morning at the room. And I put a memo on the door so I wouldn't be disturbed.
3. Restaurant: the food is varied. Everything is delicious. There was beef and mutton, and turkey and chicken and fish. A sea of vegetables and herbs, a huge assortment of cheeses and sausages, lots of fruits, yoghurts, sweets, national cuisine! It is simply impossible to stay hungry!The chefs tried very hard. For their work 5+.
4. Hammam: the services in the hammam are not expensive, the guys work in good faith. There is an employee named Abdula among the employees. A positive young man, will tell you and tell you all about the procedures, will advise you what is best for you to do. A very responsive and pleasant employee.
5. There is an outdoor clothing store on site, it employs 2 girls. They are very responsive, they will tell and advise you all about their products. Guys, be sure to visit their shop at the factory in Kemer, a free round-trip shuttle service is provided from the hotel. The products are simply aerobatics, of excellent quality. I am very grateful to Irina, the store manager, for her responsiveness and professionalism.
6. Sea and territory: the distance to the sea from the hotel is not more than 50 m, the first coastline, two piers, the sea is warmer than fresh milk. There were enough sun beds and mattresses for everyone, the beach and the territory are insanely clean, everything is surrounded by greenery, lots of flowers, trees, palm trees, a real botanical garden!!! Employees constantly cleaned the territory during the day, watered asphalt and trees, As well as 2 adult pools and 2 children's pools on the territory.
Animation: At the highest level! On the pier at 10:30 there was exercise, then yoga, and there were children's foam parties. After dinner, there is a chic animation for children, then a show for adults and after that there is also a disco on the pier.
PS: Each of us sees in his vacation what he wants to see. And our time and mood on vacation completely depends on us.

Great hotel. Homely atmosphere. Friendly staff. We rested from 05.09.23 to 14.09.23. When checking in, there was an opportunity to choose a room. I liked the second proposed number more. The territory is small - but everything is nearby. There are few children (this is a big plus for us). The food is delicious. The hotel is conveniently located for independent walks. We walked to the observation deck on the mountain and to the Goynyuk Canyon. The views are amazing! I recommend it! The beach is pebbly. There is a pier. The animation is average (for us it was also a big plus. In a nearby hotel, music was hammering around the clock). There are many shops nearby.
In general, the hotel is a solid four - as stated. There is a desire to return. Of the minuses - paid Wi-Fi ($ 12 for 10 days).

We had a rest in early July 2024, a great hotel with the first coastline. Daily room cleaning, a sufficient selection of food, there were always enough sun beds. The only thing I want to draw the attention of the hotel management to;
1) There were enough sun beds, but there are very "smart people" who firstly occupy 2 sun beds for themselves per person, the second I occupy a sunbed, and as a result spend a couple of hours on the beach (I think that we need to control this somehow. There should be a person on the beach who would keep an eye on it. For example, if the sunbed is empty for more than two hours, things and towels are removed from it.
2) Not all of course, but the staff is not all friendly, sometimes somehow frivolously allows himself to communicate with the guests.

A great hotel for the price! We had a rest at the end of August 2023. The first line, there are always enough sun beds. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are decent, the cleaning is of high quality and every day. The beach is pebbly, many people go in aquasocks, I was fine and barefoot.
Chef Mustafa is a good fellow, cooks delicious and varied, communicates with guests, helps with the selection of dishes. There are always several types of meat, fish, chicken. We didn't stay hungry and didn't have time to try everything in a week. The choice of fruits is limited (plums, pears, apples, oranges, grapes and watermelon), but everything is delicious and fresh.
There is not much animation for children, there is a children's club where you can draw, a small playground and a swimming pool with a small children's slide. We had enough with a 3-year-old child.
Special thanks to the charming Valeria's reception manager for the attention, care and human approach!
Among the features: drinking water is only in the cooler (it is normal, you can drink it safely) and beach towels are given only to those who rest at the hotel for the second or more times. There is also nowhere to walk outside the hotel. There are several shops and vacant lots nearby.
In general, there is only a positive impression about the hotel, I recommend it! Very beautiful territory, surrounded by flowers! Thank you for a great stay! Prosperity to your hotel!
