We had a rest from 02/04.25-02/14.25. We flew to the hotel with a friend for the second time, because I like the sea, the beach and a fairly large and deep heated pool (28 °C) here, + clean, cozy rooms and delicious, varied food.
It was a great start this time. On the beach, the wind, as usual in February, is cool in the morning and after 16:00, up to +17-18°C. The sea was cooler this year at ~ 22.5 °C, but I was pleased with the clean and very warm water in our pool. For the first two days, the water on the surface was 28 ° C, so everyone was happy to swim in the pool, not in the sea. Suddenly, the engineering service had a "phase shift", they began to save electricity: the temperature in the pool was sharply reduced, and the water was barely warm. They wrote that it was 25 ° C, but in fact it became much lower on the surface. They made up a fairy tale for us about the low temperature of the air. After a 15-minute swim, my leg started to cramp from the cold. They treated Guest Relations coldly and formally, and did not help. But they smiled toothlessly and stupidly repeated about the cold weather, as if it had been hot before, on February 3, 4 and 5! I feel sorry for them. A meeting with the Herald's Top Manager has not been organized, Everyone is very busy. I had to "POUR the GRIEF" with a universal medicine - "Whiskey with Schwebs". Usually, if I taste alcohol, it's "from a pipette drop by drop", but here half a glass each, because coughing and runny nose threatened to completely ruin the whole rest.
Otherwise, everything is fine and there are no complaints! The service is almost personal. There is cleanliness and order everywhere, and vacationers who have accidentally drunk are taken out to rest quietly, quickly and VERY politely. The staff is well-trained, especially in restaurants, bars and on the dance floor in the evening! Thanks to the Tops! THE TEAM IS EXCELLENT AND WELL-CONNECTED. This is evident in everything.

All the plumbing in the room was working smoothly, nothing was leaking, the hot water was constantly hot, the cold water was cold, and most importantly, the water went away instantly underfoot in the shower. Yes, there is no bidet in the room, but it is quite possible to do without it with such plumbing and sewerage system. I quickly found a common language with Akhmat, who cleaned the room (N204), so everything glittered and sparkled with freshness, especially the bathroom. Special thanks to him for that.

Separate applause and a low bow to the singer-performer of "live music". Retro hits and modern tracks performed by him are GREAT! EVERYONE ALWAYS dances to them: young people, small children, and even older Girls and Boys - EVERYONE just glows with joy and an overwhelming sense of HAPPINESS! I've never seen anything like this in Charm. Usually everyone sits and quietly glitches a cocktail, listens to the performer and communicates. Those who want to dance are taken to discos.
And there's a very talented Singer here. He knows how to lead the audience away from a well-fed dinner and the usual drinking of cocktails into the lower spheres of co-creation, into dancing and singing. Such Artists are highly appreciated!
In general, if it were not for the cold pool, the rest would have turned out to be simply Magnificent!

It was the 9th time in Egypt-there were no complaints about the hotel, the rooms were standard, not luxury, of course, but everything worked, the room was clean, we turned a blind eye to small things, there was a great territory, there was a warm pool, but we preferred to spend time by the sea, there were enough sun loungers, if you go to the sea immediately after breakfast, there is there is less choice of places later, but it is possible to find a free chaise longue, towels are always available - clean, odorless, it is clear that they are washed, not just dried. I really liked that you could have lunch in the main restaurant and on the beach, they cook delicious and varied, meat, fish, chicken! The hotel is beautiful, cozy, slides for children, several pools of different depths, a mini zoo, dancing scenes, a place for volleyball on the beach, ice cream and food on the beach, everything was very pleasant.
The food in the restaurant was just monotonous, almost the same thing every day and there was nothing to choose from.
There was a nuisance, I lost the bracelet on the last day of my stay-it was constantly unfastened on the second day, at night I had to fly away, which I explained at the reception, but they balked and had to buy a new one for $ 2, and so I was not allowed into the restaurant for dinner by an unpleasant madam.
In general, there are only positive emotions from the hotel itself.

We stayed at the hotel from March 9 to March 17 with a family of 5 people. We did not regret choosing this hotel. 2 beaches , there were always places on sun beds . They provide clean, soft beach towels. 2 heated pools. A clean and beautiful area filled with greenery and flowers. There were a lot of activities, I went to exercise, the children played volleyball and boccia. The food is quite decent: meat and fish, fruits and vegetables. The staff is trying, smiling. There is no disparaging attitude towards Russians. We were greeted, thanked, and treated with respect. No one was extorting tips. When I checked in, I asked for 2 rooms nearby, and they provided it. The view from the windows was onto the hallway , but that was just as well . We only slept in the room and it was quiet. In the evenings, a singer sang in the lobby, you could play billiards or go to an evening show. The hotel is also located on the central street, we went for a walk to the Marina and shopping. The only drawback is the slightly unwashed tables and chairs in the restaurant, but it is explained by the huge passability of the guests. 2 bottles of water were brought to the room every day. All the appliances were working, and there was hot water. Guest relation - Russian girls who can be contacted for various questions. It was my birthday, and my husband came over in advance and warned me. In the evening, the restaurant staff sang a song and presented a delicious cake, which was very pleasant. In terms of price/quality ratio, a great option for a family vacation!

We had a rest at Seagull Beach Resort and were absolutely delighted! Great location right on the beach, with stunning views and a clean beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean, cleaning was done every day. The staff is helpful and always ready to help, which makes your stay even more comfortable. The food is varied and delicious, a large number of restaurants with different cuisines. Animation is on top, there is a lot of entertainment for both adults and children. There is a music and dance show every evening. The rooms are certainly not great. But we are not very picky. We got a family room in a new building with a view of the city. The staff, waiters, boys are great, friendly, they make cocktails, pour all drinks from the heart, which is not a little important, almost everyone speaks Russian.
The room was tired, with a balcony, the cleaning was zero, they walked in slippers because their bare feet were black from the dirty floor, the plumbing was working properly, the TV was working, the air conditioner was also on, water was supplied daily.
We rested for 11 nights,we were full,the food was varied,we taxed rice,the Arabs cook it amazingly, there was duck and Chicken and fish and beef, goulash, you will not be hungry,fruits: melon,dates,bananas,guava,tangerines,oranges,a variety of sweets.
In principle, we liked it.
The guide offered a free sightseeing tour, we went, we liked it.

The hotel is tired, well, okay, I went to sleep there, the food was delicious to me, other tourists complained that it was bland, dry, tasteless. The beach - my daughter and I were on a small one, everything was fine for me.
I'll tell you about one minus, it's the lack of glasses, if you didn't have time to take a glass one, then maybe you'll drink from a paper one, that's it, have a nice trip to everyone.

The service is simply excellent, we are always ready to solve any issue. I read about the monotonous diet, I don't agree at all. Yes, there were lunch and dinner positions that were repeated, but something new was always added. Soups are varied, you can talk a lot about desserts, I brought + 5kg from vacation))) The attitude towards children is perfect and they smile and make jokes. It was my daughter's birthday on the day of departure, you don't usually congratulate her, but the Mousad manager agreed without hesitation, and even found us a cake, sang a song, my daughter blew out the candle and was incredibly happy. The only good thing is the territory: large, two beaches, pools with sun beds, a children's pool with slides, discos for children in the evening, there are even attractions on the territory, the playground is generally very cool, with a mini zoo, in general, families with children have something to do. The hotel is great, I liked everything.
The food is delicious, there is a large selection of dishes. There are a lot of different pastries (also delicious).

Of the toiletries, they gave soap once, there was gel in the dispenser)) bed linen, towels were changed every day, everything was clean, there was no sweat, as some write. They turned swans even without a dollar) but they brought a suitcase to the room for a dollar) there are pools on the territory of each of the buildings, we never swam there, because in the morning all the sun beds were occupied. Amazing people, take their towel on the sunbed and go to breakfast and go about their business. Beach rolls were given, normal. By the way, the beach seems to be open until 18 or 18.30 hours. By this time, everyone is already starting to clean up, you need to hand over towels. There are also 2 beaches, one for children, the second seems to be deeper. They were both small, it was a little cramped. Children in masks are trying to watch the fish, but there is very little space and there is only one reef where they live) there are employees on the beach who will lay out a sunbed, lay a towel, even smear their backs with protective cream) animation, by the way, is normal there, otherwise everyone writes about nothing. The food is excellent both in the restaurant and on the beach, the restaurants in Alaska were not impressed at all. Breakfast with you on the tour is very modest: three rolls, cucumber, apple, water. The territory is large, beautiful, well maintained. There were plenty of sun beds everywhere, and places in restaurants, too, in this sense, everything is comfortable. There is almost no boarding school in Egypt, as well as in the hotel. My husband and I used our roaming service, and we bought a phone card with Internet for $10 for the child. We took guided tours in Anex and regretted it, the quality is not very good, it would be better to take them from local operators, it would definitely be no worse, but much cheaper. Local ATMs did not accept any currency for exchange, well, there are plenty of exchange offices nearby, everything is great there. About the currency: I completely got rid of 500 old dollars from 1996: I gave 100 for visas at the airport, and the rest for excursions. At the hotel, the tags are cut off at 12:00 and that's the end of the service.

We had a vacation in October with a large group (3 families).
We swam on the big beach, all the activities took place there, and there was a restaurant nearby where we had lunch. There is a sandy approach to the sea, protective shoes are not required, there is a small reef on the side, you can swim with a mask. I came to the beach at 8:00 to take comfortable sun beds and swim in the sea, watch the fish, there are more of them in the morning. The beach towels are clean. There are showers and toilets. We didn't swim in the pools.
The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained, with lots of plants.
We were quite satisfied with the food, very varied and delicious pastries. The breakfasts are always the same, but that didn't bother us much either. There were no intestinal disorders. Locally produced alcoholic beverages are normal. But we didn't regret that we also brought alcohol with us. I saw tourists walking around with their thermos cups, which were filled with beer. I made a note)
What upset me the most was the condition of the room we were checked into. It's in an old building, without a balcony, and it doesn't seem to have been cleaned before we moved in, but only made up with clean linens. The room was spacious, but "dead". After complaining to the reception, we were cleaned, the shower door and the door in the mini-bar were screwed (there was only water in it). Bathrobes, shower accessories, and slippers are not provided.
In the evenings, there was a small animation in the amphitheater, for 30 minutes, then there was nothing to do, there were not enough discos. Once (on Friday) there was an interesting concert program and dinner tables were set outside near the pools.
The tours were taken from a representative of the tour company at the hotel. We went to the pyramids, the tour turned out to be very comfortable, we went in a mini group of 8 people.
Wi-fi only works on the beach, we took a local SIM card, it was very convenient, the Internet was even in the desert among the Bedouins.
The hotel is located on a busy street, it is difficult to cross the road, there are no traffic rules there. We went to the local A-ten supermarket, where it is very profitable to pay in local currency. We bought medicines at the pharmacy, they say that they are of good quality in Egypt. But keep an eye on what the seller will offer you. I didn't pay attention and bought it with an expiring expiration date. Be vigilant when shopping)
I don't know if I would go to this hotel again. Probably only if there is a low cost on nago.

The level of the hotel is excellent, everything is there for a family holiday: all kinds of animations for children, entertainment, concerts and shows for adults, special thanks to Mido and Anna, super animators!!! Good tasty and varied food, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. We had a great vacation, now we are regular customers)

Excellent hotel, good location in the city center. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The service is good, the staff is friendly. The cuisine is varied and delicious. Every day, animators perform a variety of shows in the afternoon and evening. We will definitely come back again
