An amazing place, clean, cozy hotel, sea view from the window, few people on the beach at any time, the sand is black because magnetic and useful, the sea is very warm, the staff is friendly, sociable, it can be boring to walk there, but it's nice to relax, there is a restaurant downstairs, a wonderful waiter, they cook very tasty, every year the place It's getting better❤️
Positive:
1) the sea is two steps away, the first line
2) friendly staff, Russian-speaking
3) the food in the cafe is delicious (I liked pepperoni pizza especially, there were few delicious places in Batumi)
4) the room is cozy
5) there is a kettle, mugs, sugar, as well as a brush, paste, shampoos, gels, hair dryer, although not very powerful, but the main thing is
6) the view from the balcony is gorgeous, it's nice to see off the sunsets
Minuses:
1) When we lived on the 1st floor, there were no ants. There are a lot of ants in the room on the 3rd floor
2) When checking into the room, I found sand, bed linen with stains, dead midges lying on the floor. It's not exactly carefully cleaned, but it's not dirty either. There are stains on the furniture, apparently some residents were very sloppy
3) I didn't like the free breakfast, it was meager, it seemed tasteless to me, although as I said, the evening menu is very good
4) there is nowhere to walk, but these are not questions for the hotel, we took a taxi to the parks
In principle, it is possible to live, we enjoyed the sea and we liked it
I really liked the location of the hotel, the very first line (there is nowhere else). There is a shop nearby. In general, there are 3 of them in the village. There is a cafe with delicious food and homemade wine at the hotel itself. For the first time, we ate Adjarian khachapuri, which had such a long cheese. The owner makes the wine himself, we advise you to try it. The staff is very pleasant, it feels like a family hotel. The village itself is located in a pine forest, very quiet, no loud music. There were few people on the beach. The sand is magnificent, the beach is being cleaned. Sun beds and umbrellas can be rented at the hotel (cost 5 GEL). You can also ask for beach towels. Entering the water is very convenient and shallow, convenient with children. Rooms are cleaned upon request. The breakfast is hearty, you can eat. There were eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes with meat, buckwheat or steamed vegetables, sliced vegetables, fruits, sausage and cheese. Instant coffee, tea and water. It was easy to call a taxi, there are parks nearby where you can walk. We lived in a room on the ground floor without a balcony, but we were comfortable, since we only came to the room to change clothes and sleep. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, tea set and kettle, wardrobe and bedside tables, a soap set in the shower (brushes, paste, shower gel and shampoos, soap).
The location is excellent, on the first line, in the pines. The beach is clean, the least crowded of all the nearby ones. If we compare it with Ureki, where there is also magnetic sand, it is much more pleasant and calmer here. The entrance to the water is also somewhat deeper (which is good). There is no infrastructure on the beach.
The hotel itself is very comfortable, excellent new renovation, modern interiors. The staff are Russian-speaking, very professional and pleasant to communicate with. The breakfasts are quite varied, with a choice, delicious. The car can be parked directly next to the hotel. The room has everything you need in general. There could be more outlets. The bathroom light wasn't working. And a lot of small ants (I suspect that in other hotels as well because of the location in a pine forest). The impressions of staying in this place are extremely positive.
We didn't go to the hotel itself, we had lunch at the cafe at the hotel.
I really liked the kitchen. A polite, well-spoken Russian waiter helped with the selection of dishes.
It is possible to make a pre-order and arrive on time, so as not to wait.
There is a buffet breakfast.
Beautiful view of the sea.
We had lunch with the whole family. Everyone liked everything.
We will definitely come again!
Just an amazing place to relax 😍 The view from the window is incredible, at night with the windows open you can hear the sea surf. The beach and the sea are the cleanest, cleaned every morning. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I did not understand the review about the lack of Georgian food in the cafe-restaurant of the hotel, in the photo - ajakhuri, you can overeat for the rest of the day, and it is served, as it should be, on ketsi (even in Georgia it is not everywhere like this)! Very, very tasty! The waiter Guram is wonderful - attentive, responsible and very kind. We went to a cafe nearby once - it's not like that at all..((After eating only there)
The hosts are very good-natured, we will definitely come back
All reviews are one-sided, no one talks about the disadvantages.
First of all, about the advantages: the hotel is really located right on the beach, 50 meters from the sea. The beach is clean and sparsely populated. Sand. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is friendly.Russian-speaking.
Now about the cons: the area is absolutely wild, without any infrastructure. There is no normal access to the hotel. The menu is sparse,. It's strange that someone praises the cook. We didn't like it, we had to go to Kobuleti every time. The rooms are small. The TV is for show. The water pressure on the third floor depends on the neighbors below, how lucky you are.
The cost is too high. A hotel with the same facilities in Kobuleti is 2-3 times cheaper. For example, Ivory (photo attached). The goodwill of the hosts disappears as soon as it comes to a refund due to early departure. I do not recommend paying immediately for the entire period of stay. The optimal price for such a hotel is no more than 100 GEL.
A great hotel on the coast. The rooms are clean. The hosts are responsive. The food in the cafe at the hotel is very tasty. The breakfasts are good. The beach is clean.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Friends recommended it to us, and my husband and I are very glad that we listened. The hotel is located right next to the sea, the beach is clean, sparsely populated (on the right and left there are beaches of other hotels, there are a lot of people there, but not here - apparently because the hotel is small). The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is working, the staff treats the guests with great warmth and friendliness. I would like to note two things separately: 1) the room has great sound insulation! Rarely can a hotel boast of this, but here, indeed, with the windows closed, you can't hear any music, people, or what is happening in the neighboring rooms. I managed to get a good night's sleep! 2) the restaurant is gorgeous, I tried the most delicious Chkmeruli, gorgeous kebabs, very tasty vegetables in a salad with walnuts, and many other dishes
A very smart mother dog (black with white spots) and her puppies live near the territory, do not be afraid of them, they are very kind and loving :)
I definitely recommend it, 5/5!
It's obviously not worth the money. the staff is friendly, but annoying. the sea is two steps away, this is definitely a plus! the cafe at the hotel is ordinary, not particularly impressed by anything. the rooms are clean, but not worth the money. There are no toothbrushes, shampoos or shower gel. very poor sound insulation. in general, who knows how, but it will be boring to stay there for more than 3 days. the area is beautiful, there are shops nearby.
the sea is clean nearby, the beach is good, the water is warm and the sea is not deep.
Nice hotel, right on the shore, the beach is clean, the sea is warm, we were in July! Plumbing is lame, however, this is the scourge of all hotels. Breakfast for 5+. There is a shop and a cafe near the hotel. The hotel also has a cafe, the cuisine is excellent.
We haven't been to the hotel, but we went to the cafe at the hotel every day when we visited the beach. The mood and overall impression is created by Guram, a cafe employee. Wonderful service, huge portions, delicious!!!
A lovely hotel on a black sand beach. You leave the hotel directly to the sea. The balcony offers a stunning view. The place is quiet, sparsely populated. Breakfast is included. A good, diverse one, which is rare for Georgia. The price is higher than in other places, but it's worth it. The sea is shallow here, you can walk 50 meters to the depth.

A great hotel with a hospitable host. Breakfast is a buffet table. The beach is right in front of the hotel. It is ideal for a long vacation.
Everything is great, the location, the restaurant at the hotel, the staff. One small minus in the room is only swept, vacuumed only before check-in, so sand is everywhere in the room
I liked everything very much, as we understood it, this is a family business, nice guys work at the reception. The room is clean, freshly renovated, new bed linen and towels. Delicious cuisine, the sea. We ran out of lari and exchanged them on the spot. We will come again
This is not the first line , but the zero line . You live in the sea , you don 't have to go , and the sea has fallen . Around the pine trees, the air .... A little paradise.
Great hotel!!! Clean, cozy, the sea is 50 meters away. The beach is magnetic sand! The hosts and staff are very hospitable and welcoming! Nana is a miracle! Rest for a relaxing holiday, without tut-tut!
Great hotel. Great beach. Attractions and carousels are very close by. Friendly and attentive staff and hosts. Alas, the rooms are small and at the time of rest the menu is ridiculous - I wanted a simple and Georgian one (but they served the ridiculous with an eye to the Western manner)
