Sea Breeze Resort is a great place. You can relax here coolly, there is a water park and a swimming pool. We liked the hotel room very comfortably. The staff here is also good. We came here with a child to relax, we liked that there is a children's club, go-karting. Not only a playground, so there are different kinds of entertainment for kids. For adults too, there is a cafe with delicious food. It's only a little far to go to the beach, as it seemed to me, or because of the heat it feels like that. But in principle, there are golf carts nearby, you can catch and drive.

I booked a room 1.5 months before the trip on the official website.
I chose the apartments carefully to suit my preferences. I chose the 3rd floor, with a balcony and sea view.
On the day of the trip, 08/4.24, when I was already at the airport, I received a call and was told that my apartment was occupied and I would be moved into another apartment and a new reservation was sent without consent. At the same time, the apartment was cheaper than I originally ordered, on the 0 floor and overlooking the garden.
Upon arrival at the resort, upon check-in, they told me that they could not change anything and live as is ... no one apologized. When asked why the reserved apartment is occupied, they said that friends of Agalarov Emin live there.
Well, this is such an unfortunate experience of traveling to SeaBreeze(
The resort is very expensive in every sense, while the service is at a very low level.

Honestly, I'm in shock. I've been to a lot of places, but I've never faced such disappointment in my life. I'll start in order: as soon as we entered the territory and, with God's help, found our hotel, the task was to check in. Unfortunately, the reception was located in another building. thanks to the help of an employee, he was also found. at the reception, the employees were talking to each other, then the cleaning lady also came up and had to make a remark so that they would pay attention to us. there we were also told that in order to receive towels, we need to find a completely different reception and get bracelets there, after making a deposit (the territory is very large, it is difficult to do this on our own on the first day), we were warned that if towels are not delivered on time, a FINE should be imposed. this is where it is generally seen that guests pay fines for not being able to manage the allocated facilities in an elementary way. this is the least of the troubles. when we entered our apartment, half of the promised household items were missing: no ironing board, no sufficient number of hangers, no safe. the sinks are clogged, there is an unpleasant smell. The TV is not working. the most important thing is that the apartments with a kitchen simply do not have any utensils! Why would I need an apartment if there's not even anything to cook in here? there is no second set of bed linen. there is nothing. I had to constantly pull the receiver so that they would solve these problems. thanks to them for that. We were the only ones with the keys, we couldn't get into the room without us, accordingly, we had to be in the room all the time so that all questions about non-working/missing items would be solved for us. It's inconvenient. you need to pay extra for everything. By the way, the curtains were also broken. now for restaurants. everything is very, very expensive here, and it is not deserved at all. the food is absolutely mediocre! and the prices are everywhere like in gourmet restaurants. the waiters do not know what is on their menu, they may not bring what is ordered. and so it is in all establishments. such mediocre food and such service cannot cost so much money. moreover, not all dishes are prepared correctly. the bubbles cafe says that they work from 11, but at 12 o'clock they are not even open yet. What is this?? cars are constantly driving all over the territory, it's not safe to take a walk here, don't hope. along the beach: it is clean, the sea is also clean, you can swim safely, this is also a plus.
but even non-guests, outsiders, can get on it by paying for it. why create such a huge number of people and inconvenience the guests. make them a private beach if you want to make more money. Leave us alone. there is also a hygienic shower in the bathtub, the TV turns out not to work at all, just for the beauty of the room. the problem is here on the problem. and that's all in two days of stay!! of course, you will not relax here and I do not advise you to come here. I am very disappointed because the expectations were completely different, because sea breeze is advertised as if it is a world-class resort, the best in Azerbaijan. in fact, this is absolutely not the case. not everyone speaks Russian here, and I'm not talking about English at all. what kind of global level are we talking about in general? there is not even Wi-Fi on the beach or by the pool. two stars only for a responsive reception and what kind of beach, which has turned from a hotel into a public one, because you can get to it by paying money. disappointment.

We came to the conference, in addition to the hotel itself, there is a choice of villas and a separate space for different meetings. The food is good and satisfying. although we didn't eat that much in the heat. The cocktails here are delicious and refreshing. Cleaning was always on time, we chose a villa as a result, so that people would not interfere in the distance. The only big space around the hotel, I had to catch a golf cart to get somewhere.

We arrived at Sea breeze yesterday, booked through the official booking service seaya.az we booked white villas 2-20 (first line with garden and sea view).
At first they said the house was not ready, although it was already 14:00, then they said we would give you another identical house, we eventually arrived on the THIRD line, exit to another villa, an overview of the construction site!!!!
We refused, asked to explain why we were not settled, although our villa is free, we drove through it, began to lie that the resident forbade the surrender, although friends from sea breeze said that this is a complete lie, it is impossible! And we had a reservation on our hands!
As a result, we settled in another place altogether in a building with lighthouse 2 rooms, room 010. Before that, they gave me a room with a sea view, I went out on the balcony and said "where is the sea?", the answer was "no." They lie that these rooms are more expensive than villas, they start saying that the light, water and so on do not work in the villas, if only you would agree to these figgy rooms in the building.
I had to agree because for 2 hours we could not settle in any way, endless negotiations and lies, the child is hungry, we are angry.
And the first thing we all said was that we would never come to sea breeze again and would never recommend it to anyone.
Disappointment! Shame on you!
No one has apologized!no one wanted to smooth over the situation in any way. Complete chaos!!! And they say there is a constant deception here.
Never come here, buy one for the same money, you will live in a cheap room and no one will reimburse you for the difference. Ruined vacation!
There is 0 service, there is either boiling water or cold water in the bathroom, water from the shower flows into the bathroom, a dirty beach, towels are given out up to a certain time 1 per person (if you do not give it away, a fine), prices simply fly into space ... today we had the honor to lie on the beach under the deafening hum of a transformer. It was 06.09.2024. A complete disappointment for your money. After paying 50 manats for admission per person, you get only two towels, small not very deep and dirty pools, no service. If you want to eat or drink something, you have to walk about a kilometer from the paid beach. They were not allowed into the sea, because there was a wind, although the waves were not so strong. In general, they charge money, but it doesn't do any good. I advise everyone to save 50 manats per person, it is better to spend them in the city, a free beach will be no worse

The food here is not bad, there are fruits and vegetables, seafood, cocktails, sweet and sour. If it's hot, then the pool is nearby, and you can go to the beach at the very least. A very good place is being built on the shore of the Caspian Sea . A large-scale project with all amenities is planned. Rest is not cheap , so I think it is necessary to think through everything to the smallest detail . To have the desire to come back here again and again . We are resting here now . From the pros, there is infrastructure, delicious cuisine in restaurants, they bring fast, polite staff .
Of the minuses , it 's annoying when you walk along the paths , and a car flies at you . This is not thought out , it was necessary to make separate access roads . And as such there are no sidewalks .
There is mud on the beach , someone leaves bottles and bags behind , there are a lot of guys from the staff there this year . But they chat among themselves and are in no hurry to clean up . And it takes everything away across the territory and into the sea .
A separate topic is children 's pools that are not prepared at all . Several times in my presence , children cut their legs . Including my child . We urgently need to pay attention to this . With a good manager , this resort will be a great place to relax .

Rested 1.09.2023 the water in the pool is BLOOMING! I haven't seen anything like this anywhere! The place with a claim to luhari is considered one of the best beaches in Baku.

This is a complete horror, absolutely not worth the money and now I will tell you why - 1.Security at the entrance is a separate story, so that they let you through, you need 20 minutes to prove that you live here 2.The prices are simply cosmic (not justified) I had dinner in Dubai at one of the best restaurants there it turned out no more than $ 100 here you give $ 150 for a meal for three (with a stretch) 3. The room smelled of sewage (all 2 weeks of my stay here) 4. one day the concert started and the security literally drove everyone off the beach because there is a concert, the question is: why can't you swim? Am I preventing a person from singing?)
5. The reception absolutely does not help with problems, I applied 3 times and asked to fix the phone and wifi - there was no reaction.
The only plus is the beach - white beach club is really a normal beach of all here.

Terrible hotel, DISGUSTING. Terrible service, lockers do not open in the room, there are no dental kits in the bathroom. Okay. If you pay for breakfast, then keep in mind that at breakfast you will be given a menu the size of a notebook with 5-6 dishes. The menu states that ONLY tea OR Americano coffee is available from drinks (no latte, cappuccino.). You can take only one cup per person, if you want a second one - pay extra money (for the paid food). You need to pay extra for everything! For any step. We moved to seabreeze from a nearby hotel due to the fact that we decided to extend the vacation, and there were no places in the hotel ... we stopped at a bungalow by the beach, and then it started ... there is a construction site nearby, dust is a pillar, crowds of workers, the beach is generally a separate story, the hotel where we stayed is clean sand, and here are the remnants of building mixes, stones, branches from these terrible umbrellas, sun beds are dirty, there is no maintenance!!!!
There is only one conclusion: to wait for the completion of the construction of the project and the improvement of the territory! In the meantime, I definitely don't recommend it here
