I had a rest from 6.03 to 16.03 , 2025 . Great hotel. The food is delicious, the food is for all tastes. The desserts are very tasty. The rooms are great. Additionally, 2 restaurants are free of charge. The territory is very large. The Aqua Park is simpleLots of slides. Everything is clean and tidy, room cleaning, every day. There is a children's club for children on site. But it is valid only for those who have flown fan san. I recommend. Entering the sea: after low tide, well, you can go in half a leg, but there is a pontoon and you can swim from it. There are a lot of different pools. I recommend taking corals, but you can also swim in the shales in the sea. The staff is friendly. Every day there is an entertaining, different program.

In my opinion, the most wonderful hotel for a holiday with a child! There are heated pools. A good water park. The food is varied and quite suitable for both demanding children and those who eat mainly European cuisine.
The whole area is well maintained and cleaned daily!
There are also various clubs for children on the territory, where you can leave your child for the whole day and take care of yourself or go to the city.
There are no complaints about cleaning the room. They can clean at least twice a day if you leave a couple of dollars)

Wonderful vacation and hotel!!! We had a rest together with my husband from 11.10 to 19.10.2024 .
It was very comfortable! It's fun! Delicious! Beautiful! It's clear! The coral reef is gorgeous! The sea is very warm! The staff is at the highest level! The food is delicious, the croissants are tastier than in Paris! The animation is super! Fire animation team, thank you for the mood, for your jokes and smiles, attention throughout the day and especially in the evening! We would come back again, with children and grandchildren, because it's especially cool here with kids. The hotel has vacationers from different countries - England, Italy, Armenia, Russia, Egyptians. Overall, we really liked everything!!!

We stayed at the Saa Beach Aqua Park 4* hotel from 11.01.25 to 21.01.25 with a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) . the tour was purchased directly from the FUN&SUN tour operator via
their application is very convenient and more reliable than through tour agents (pads that remove their cache in the form of 3-5%) . The tour was booked and paid for in advance in October, three months in advance , later, as it turned out, the price changed downwards and what is most interesting and pleasant, with the help of the support manager through whom the tour was booked ( in my case, manager Elena Mironova, thank her very much for her time with me), you can rebook the tour. and the difference is returned by the tour operator on request for 10 days.
They returned a significant amount to me , and everything was done kindly without any penalties . (it so happened that the rebooking was done 2 times, due to a decrease in the price of the tour) . After reading the reviews, I thought there would be problems with the refund, but no, everything went smoothly and clearly, they send checks by email.
In the FUN&SUN app, you can download all the necessary documents for the tour, a voucher, memos and all the necessary documents, which is very convenient. By the way, the tour can be paid by card, as well as from the application, without any additional fees and expenses.
Further, after reading reviews on the Internet about Ural AIRLINES, we expected something negative, but as it turned out, it was in vain, it turned out quite differently:
the flight from Kazan on 10.01.25 was delayed for 3 hours, but this is normal, many planes and foreign airlines were delayed that night, it's okay, the plane to Sharm el Sheikh was served with an Airbus A321, the flight attendants were mostly sociable, smiling men, offered tea, coffee, sandwiches, even wine, and champagne, flew successfully without any problems and turbulence. The flight back from Sharma was shifted to an earlier time (from 3.40 p.m. to 6.55 a.m.), but nothing, we were already ready to go home, even better that we arrived in Kazan in the afternoon. A fresher brand-new Ural Airbus A321 neo aircraft was served here, too, the whole flight was stable, quiet and calm, the flight attendants were mostly girls, the food was the same, but wine and champagne were no longer offered. The entire round trip was calm and comfortable, for which I thank the crew and staff of URAL AIRLINES.
Now about the hotel (This is our first time in Charm, before that we were in Hurghada 2 times.) :
Transfer to the hotel is about 20-30 minutes, fast, the hotel is somewhere near the airport - 15 km probably. At the reception at 8:30, they filled out a questionnaire in Russian, put on bracelets, and while we were going to the restaurant, we explored the territory, after 2 hours at about 11 o'clock, they came up again and asked to be given a room as soon as possible. We waited another 10 minutes while they were talking there, after which the receptionist, or whatever his name was, gave us a card for the room and 4 cards for towels without any dollars or anything, although they had a sign that check-in was at 14.00. Well, okay, well, they gave us a number next to 2127 on the first I think that's the best thing for us, so that we don't have to walk up the stairs with the children.
The room was fresh and renovated, with two beds, and then we moved the beds together because the younger daughter didn't want to sleep with the older one, but only with her mom, so that's fine. You exit the room to the other side through a sliding glass window onto a balcony, there is a lawn, palm trees, a swing, overlooking the garden, everything is cultural. We did not see cockroaches or any insect life, only small mosquitoes flew in at night when we opened this glass door. It was windy at night, the temperature was 16-20 degrees, not cold, we did not use their split system, the room was neither cold nor hot. The plumbing and shower are working, updated, The room was cleaned every day, shampoo, soap,towels, two bottles of water, tea, coffee, cups, nothing special, standard normal daily service.
Hotel: solid four - 4, good Egyptian four. The hotel's territory is small, you can walk through the entire territory in 15 minutes, 400-plus rooms, when we checked in, the hotel was half full, that is, about 200 rooms, 40% of tourists are from the Russian Federation, the rest are Kazakhs, Armenians, British, Ukrainians, Poles, Arabs. The location of the hotel : yes, it's windy here, but it's most likely in winter, I heard from one guy on the plane that there are hotels in Charm, in a windless bay, and the entrance to the sea is different (maybe there is, but there are other prices, I later looked at the location -Hadaba).
The hotel staff is mostly Russian-speaking, the hotel is adapted for Russians, the animation is excellent, funny and Russian-speaking (friendly young guys and beautiful girls).
In fact, the hotel has one large restaurant, they are divided into two, the food is the same in them, but everything is fresh and delicious, every day the menu is slightly different, depending on the theme (seafood, Indian table, buffet). There is always fish, beef, chicken, fruits, vegetables, salads, pastries, etc., etc. From alcohol - local whiskey, brandy, vodka, wine, beer. We didn't take beer and wine, whiskey, brandy, rum, everything has the same taste and strength, differs only in color, it feels like it's diluted to 15-20 turns of strength, although they have 40% written on the bottles, but if anyone needs it, then you can get drunk, no one restricts anyone in anything. I haven't had too much to drink or poisoned myself in 10 days, everything is fine. Everything is fine with food here, neither the children nor the wife complained (there is something to compare, once in Hurghada I spent the whole night in the toilet). Juices, like everywhere else in Egypt, are a diluted powder, we did not drink them.
Also, the day after arrival, you can sign up at the reception table for two restaurants, a grill bar with meat, kebabs, and an Italian Toscana fish restaurant, which we liked the most in Tuscany, a variety of beautiful and delicious fish dishes. These restaurants are also free, but once by appointment.
Galina, a Russian-speaking woman, works at the reception, a pleasant woman, she constantly asked how she was doing, if there were any problems, if she liked everything, and if she had any questions, she asked to contact her. It was very nice and thoughtful, the hotel was adapted for Russians. The hotel has a heated pool + heated ones in the water park, but we went there 1 time since we came to the sea. The water on the beach near the shore is cold in winter, only when the tide was out, and with the tide the water was warm, the same as in the main sea, many swam near the shore, but we went to the froghouse 150 meters along the bridge, there are stairs to the water on both sides (on the right side smaller, on the left deeper, the bottom nice, clean sandy, barefoot is the best, the temperature is 20-23 degrees, depending on the tide). There are few corals and fish here. The main sea is 900 meters to the end of the bridge, the water there is warm 24-26 gr., we went there, yes, it's deep, but the water is saltier there and it holds, you can't swim far, sits like a lifeguard, blows a whistle. You can go on the bridge or swim near it, we went there for 5 days, then there was a red flag, because it was windy and they close the gate there (if compared to Hurghada, then there are few animals, fish and other inhabitants of the sea, but okay) While walking along the bridge and charging and sunbathing, we swam in the paddling pool several times every day, there is a depth from the shoulders to the waist, it is very convenient for anyone who likes it. Towels are given out in one place according to cards, on the right, near the main large pool, if you take a few pieces, they give you a white rag bag with the hotel logo, it's cool, convenient, we took two pieces home with us as a souvenir!).
What the children liked was the TOUCAN kids club, where you can send children from 10 a.m. to almost evening , our children loved it very much, they were eager every day, various events, contests, handicrafts, drawings, everything is clean and new there, the Russian animators of the children's club are friendly, funny and homely, loving children, the animators have an unusually warm attitude towards their children))). We came to the kids' club on day 4 or 5 (we have girls aged 4 and 8), they gave us T-shirts with a toucan in size and a backpack with a toucan pattern, the children then went with them. The Toucan animators are Vasilisa, Egor, Nelya (or Nailya), thank you very much for your work. Your unexpected warm attitude towards children, I have never seen anything like it. (the children fought to the last to go to the toucan every day, but we also had to go swimming at the sea, we didn't come to the toucan, we took them to the toucan when before lunch or after lunch from 14-30. it's very convenient, the children were busy, and the parents were resting or going about their business. Toucan is for children aged 4 to 12 years, and what is special is that this club is only for tourists from the tour operator FUN&SUN, children are not accepted from other tour operators. FUN&SUN is a cool idea, thank you, you pleased everyone, both adults and children, now we will consider hotels with the TOUCAN kids club for the future. In the evening at 8.30 pm at the grill bar, on the stage, a mini disco for children every day until 21 o'clock, the final song about the Toucan, the children are waiting, then the toucan comes out and they hugged each other, then Vasilisa handed the toucan certificate to the children who had their last day at the club, little things, and the children are waiting for this, as if it were something important (they still have it on the shelf at home, they don't clean it). After 21 hours to 24 hours, there is an adult entertainment program, contests, music, fun, the music is almost the same every day, but groovy, we watched one day, did not go anymore, because with children.
The nearby bar is working properly, there is water. drinks, alcohol. In the afternoon, there is ice cream in the same bar (we visited here daily for ice cream with children), pizza (pizza is so-so), burgers, French fries. Everyone usually comes here from the beach, we didn't go for lunch for the first few days, then we got tired of this fast food, we went to the Cascade Orchid restaurant. As for me, the one with the Orchid, it has more space, it's more convenient and as if the choice of dishes and everything delicious is more, we went to it, but it works an hour earlier, respectively, and closes an hour faster. If some dishes were running out, they were immediately promptly updated and added. The Egyptians are very hardworking, respect to them, well done (I noticed that they are the same from morning to evening at the bar, in a restaurant, etc., on their feet, how many hours they work per day - I suppose at least 12 hours).
I repeat, the animation in the hotel is lively, active, Russian-speaking and fun, no one will get around, especially on the beach, either charging or darts, they will definitely catch someone)))), but all this happens neatly, coolly and with humor, friendly (there is something to compare it with). They always invite you to their entertainment at the restaurant.
Wi-Fi Internet, it was more stable than ever throughout the hotel (you register with the room number and your last name, even in Russian), I even updated the applications, it's convenient (in some hotels it's free only in the lobby or at the reception, right there on the whole territory). When handing over the room on 21.01.25, at the reception we were given 4 small handbags with the hotel's logo for the road, buns, a sandwich, juice in the bags, apparently to have a snack before the plane, unexpectedly and pleasantly, the first time such an attitude. The receptionist smiles and says thank you so much for choosing our hotel, again unexpectedly, kindly and pleasantly.
I did not find any negatives or minuses here, and I did not find anything during my vacation, no one asked for anything, no additional costs, no dollars, nothing was imposed.
The hotel is more family-run with children , we really liked it, thanks to all the staff of Saa Beach Aqua Park 4 for a great stay, thanks to the tour operator FUN&SUN, I want to come back here again, we will save up to come back! I recommend a hotel and a tour operator, inexpensive with high-quality services (the tour ended up costing us 216 thousand rubles for 4 people, which I think is cheap, as well as 5,000 fans in the fan san application at check-in, they can be used as a discount when booking a tour).
I did not find any negatives or minuses here, and I did not find anything during my vacation, no one asked for anything, no additional costs, no dollars, nothing was imposed.

We had a vacation with a 5-year-old child in February.
I give the hotel a solid dash. Great animation for kids and adults. Once a week there is a foam party on the beach. Every evening there is a mini disco and a show for adults. I really liked the Toucan Children's Club for tourists with a voucher from Fun Sun - there are many different master classes, several rooms with fresh renovation and new equipment.
The room was standard - the furniture was old, but I didn't change it, it was quite cozy and clean.
On the downside, it's a long way to get to the corals and fish in the pantheon.
I liked the food too - it was delicious and varied. I recommend it for holidays with children.

We stayed at the hotel in November 2024, we liked the hotel - beautiful territory, beautiful reef, delicious food, we got a good room the first time, since we paid extra for the sea view ($100) when booking. The hotel has 2 ala carte restaurants, one Italian, one grill by the sea. The Italian restaurant is located closer to the park, that is, in the courtyards) we saw that a lot of people there refused dishes completely, something did not fit (perhaps the children did not want to eat anything but French fries)) we liked lunch, but the restaurant itself is a bit boring, I liked the grill more - the tables are set outside by the sea, a frying pan with various grilled meats is served - it was delicious and beautiful👍according to the hotel concept, any drinks are poured all day except wine☝🏻wine is served only during lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly! I took off the star for the dishes, it is always relatively clean and the tables in the restaurant do not sparkle with cleanliness.

I chose the hotel according to reviews, it's a bit far to walk along the pontoon here, to the end of 870 m, but for me this is a plus, the reef was gorgeous. We rest from 11/21/24 to 12/01/24. I don't want to leave. A hotel with a large territory. Several pools, including a heated one. We went to the water park to ride the slides, we really liked it, there are also heated pools there. The room where we lived with a view of the sea and the pool, a very beautiful view. The food is excellent, the beach bar is open until 12 at night. The beach is large, there are always a lot of free sunbeds. Of course there is wind, but it didn't stop us from sunbathing and swimming. The pier is 700 - 800 meters long, but 100 meters from the beginning there is a descent where you can swim and see the fish that come. This descent always works. And then after 600-700 meters there is a coral reef there, the descent works only when the wind subsides. We swam there with masks several times, there are many different fish. Another feature of the pier is the opportunity to watch beautiful sunsets. We especially liked the animation in the hotel, very lively and dynamic. Excellent animators, lots of sporting events. Daily shows in the evening. I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.

Beach and sea: There are two areas on the beach, non-smoking and shared. The pontoon is very long. There is a small lagoon in the middle of the pontoon, it is always open, but at the end you can already see the underwater world, but they discover this beauty by about 14/00. The underwater world is quite sparse in my opinion, I have been to hotels where everything is much more picturesque, but here you can also enjoy the beauty. We saw a turtle, a snake and various fish. Tourists often take other people's towels on the pontoon, be careful and put your own in your purse better.
Bar: According to the bar, local alcohol of tolerable quality. Cocktails get in the way somehow, to be honest, but something simple, gin and tonic, whiskey and Cola, go great.
Room: Everything was fine in the room. The rooms are spacious, there are two chairs on the balcony. The furniture, as in all hotels in Egypt, is a little shabby, to be honest, it seems that apart from rixos, no Egyptian hotel buys new furniture, but it's not critical to me. The mattresses were good, hard, and my back didn't hurt after sleeping.
Food: The food is varied, there were seafood (shrimp, squid, fish), meat in abundance (duck, chicken, beef), a lot of side dishes (potatoes, pasta, rice, couscous), a lot of processed and fresh vegetables. Different fruits were given, persimmons, bananas, apples, grapes, pears, pomegranates.
Entertainment: The hotel has a very active animation. People on the beach were constantly dancing with animators, then participating in sports events (yoga, volleyball, step aerobics). The show gathered most of the campers every evening. The children were also entertained, but it's hard for me to judge here.
Internet: The Internet is average, I caught it well in our room, but not on the beach. We bought a 1000r SIM card and no problems.
The general conclusion: At the beginning of my vacation, I had several negative moments, but the two girls at the reception settled everything and the vacation went like clockwork. Do not hesitate to contact us, they quickly and efficiently solved all my difficulties. In general, the hotel is very good. Before that, in May, I vacationed in the Titanic Palace top five and in comparison I would say that despite the difference in price and stars, I did not find huge differences. In small things, of course, there was a difference, there is no mini bar, a slightly smaller territory and a water park, but all these are small things. You can safely go to this hotel and not be afraid that you will end up in a bedbug.

I want to tell you about this incredible Sea Beach hotel, we rested from 12.10.24 to 22.10.24! The weather is gorgeous, there is always wind, but it didn't bother us at all, it was very warm in the evenings, we went in dresses and T-shirts! Excellent cuisine, you will never stay hungry! The only thing is a little meager breakfasts, but it seemed exclusively for us)
Very cool animators, funny, attentive, cool shows for children and adults, but there are no discos, they offered to go to nightclubs for a fee. We really liked Naima, we fell in love with her. 😘😘😘
The territory is huge, clean, lots of greenery! The staff is friendly! The cleaning in the rooms is so-so, but we came to rest and did not pay attention to it!
The sea is just insanely beautiful! Go to a depth of about 15-20 minutes, but it's worth it! It is very shallow from the shore, but it is convenient for small children, there is also an average depth, go 2-3 minutes.
There are many shops and pharmacies across the street!
I recommend this hotel to everyone, do not be upset at all when you arrive there!

Well, our vacation at the excellent Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort hotel has flown by.
There are only pleasant and warm feelings about the hotel. It is not clear why it is 4 stars, as the service is top-notch, the food is very high quality and delicious (they always came out with full bellies). Perhaps due to the fact that not all rooms are newly renovated. We just had one, but it didn't bother us in any way. There was cleaning every day, fresh linen and towels. In general, the room was only for sleeping. I would like to mention the animation team, very cool and cool guys. From 10 to 17 there were different programs: exercises with Katya , volleyball, darts, Zumba lessons (special thanks to Mr. Miki), yoga (with master Leroy).In general, everything was very cool and fun. I would like to return to this hotel again! Thank you all very much for our wonderful vacation!

The hotel, the staff, the restaurant are all top notch.
Cleaning every day, towels, bed are changed every day. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, tea, coffee are also left every day.The room has a kettle, a safe for free.
Beach towels are provided for free. Wi-Fi in the room, near the pool, catches well on the beach in places.
San fan guide Mansour is very conscientious, responsive, any question immediately solves the problem.
I also really enjoyed the guided tours.
The food is varied, shrimp, crayfish, fish, gov meat, chicken, turkey, and all this is enough even if you go in before closing to eat everything.

I stayed at the hotel from December 04-13, the hotel is super!!!! We are currently staying at this hotel, it is a pity that the vacation is coming to an end. I liked absolutely everything about the hotel! First of all, I would like to mention the animation team, the guys are great, they know how to organize leisure time, all events are very interesting. I especially liked yoga with Ekaterina. My husband participated in all the activities. It's a beautiful reef to walk to, but it was a pleasure. We were lucky with the weather, swam every day and admired the beautiful underwater world. A wonderful hotel, everyone really enjoyed their vacation (a family of different ages from 6 to 65 years old rested), for which I am very grateful to all the staff and managers of the hotel. The food is excellent, everything is always fresh and delicious (from soups to excellent pastries). The animation is very active, both in the afternoon and in the evening. The attitude is 100% straight, well, in gratitude, we always treated the staff with Russian chocolate, Russian vodka and one dollar, the staff is pleased, we always tried to please both in cleaning and in drinks at the bar))) We arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and when we left, we spent almost the whole day at the hotel due to the flight delay, we were just pleasantly surprised that we were fed for free, although this was no longer part of their duties. We were previously in a 5* hotel, in many ways we were satisfied with the Sea Beach 4*. Now this is our favorite hotel)))

We came to relax at the Sea Beach hotel for the first time. We were very surprised by the four, because the hotel really deserves five stars. The food is very tasty, you can find absolutely everything you like. Several types of meat, fish, lots of side dishes, fruits, desserts. A grill is being prepared outside. The rooms are generally gorgeous, the room is clean and comfortable, the view was on the beach and the sea. The staff is wonderful at this hotel, everyone is very kind and helpful. The animation is super! Parties every night. At the reception, I would like to mention guest reception Valeria for her professionalism and responsibility. She did a great job, she was always interested in how we were doing and helped in all situations.

We still warmly remember this hotel. We had a family vacation with two children. We stayed in a family 5omer. Usually, homesickness begins after 10 days, but here 15 turned out to be too few, they flew away with sadness. The only negative is that the rooms are tired - everything in the bathtub is filled with sealant, the furniture is peeling and askew in places. On the plus side, the mattresses are gorgeous, the food is varied, I don't like chicken, I could always find beef or lamb in this hotel (a few years before that, my husband and I were in nearby Regency - beef was like a holiday there), and themed dinners were often held. In the morning we usually had fun at the amusement park, after lunch we went to the sea, they opened the descent to the reef with us, they didn't always let us go there because of the weather, but it was worth it. The water park is open for a long time, though with a break, but this is good, there is no alcohol in the bar in the water park, only juices and water, in other bars please. The bar near the central pool is open until 0 o'clock. For lovers of the sea, only from panton, 100 m from the shore, there is a small area for swimming and viewing marine life (I personally saw an octopus and OTHER fish there), but the main beauty is at the end of panton, although it is very far to go there, more than 1km. The beach itself is sandy pebbles, the entrance to the sea is shallow and covered in coral, you will not be able to dive (, also the beach bar serves cocktails, ice cream, burgers and fries in the daytime. We had a family vacation at Sea Beach Aqua Rark from December 7th.We arrived in the morning, arrived at the hotel before lunch, it wasn't even 14:00 yet, but we were checked in without any problems.They gave me a gorgeous room with a sea view.

The hotel itself is multinational.There were a lot of Europeans, mainly from Italy, there were British, Poles, there were Arabs, a lot of vacationers from Kazakhstan, and of course from Russia.
The hotel claims 4 stars.And it's a decent 4 stars.A solid B-plus.Although it's even more like a five.

I was with my daughter for 7 days in March. The hotel and staff are friendly. Any issues will be resolved soon. The choice of food is good, everyone will find something to eat. The water park is super, there are a lot of slides. It's not far to the sea, but you can walk along the pier for almost 1 km to look at the corals, track the weather by flags.but the reef is very beautiful, it's worth a look).
