You would have left it in Moscow and written to pick it up from there, scammers in general.

I was disappointed in this company. Previously, I used the services of SDEK repeatedly. On December 16, a parcel was sent to me from St. Petersburg, it was supposed to be delivered by December 19. This did not happen. As a result of requests (from the sender and recipient mutually) with questions about the fate of the parcel and the delivery time, there was zero reaction from both the St. Petersburg and Minsk offices. As a result, it turned out that the parcel was received at the central warehouse in Minsk, it was sent to our office at 11 Dzerzhinsky Ave., but it was never accepted there. That is, the package is either lost or stolen. During this time, the company's representatives did not show any initiative to resolve the current situation. As a result, today, on January 22, the recipient was contacted by the manager of the department on Dzerzhinsky Ave. and dryly announced that the parcel had not been found. The sender will be contacted about the issue of compensation in the coming days. A month after sending, I summarize: a parcel with expensive contents has been lost. The compensation was announced for 3000 rubles, which does not cover 25% of the cost of the shipment. We will contact the Consumer Protection Society.
