Sharashkin's office! On November 12, I sent a parcel from Minsk to Astana, the arrival date is November 23. To date, she is not in Astana. Where is she, what is wrong with her-no one can answer. There was a status that she was in Almaty on November 19, but on November 21 her status abruptly disappeared. There is not a single answer to many questions, every day they just blatantly lie! We will refund you 3% of the shipping cost for each day of delay-it's just a spit in the face of the customer from the employees of sdek. We contact the points in Almaty and Astana ourselves, and the Minsk office is just dealing with excuses. We know more about the fate of the parcel than the employees of SDEK in Minsk.
