A wonderful hotel! Everything is new, clean, excellent service and Wi-Fi. Believe me, you still need to look for such delicious breakfasts, even in many five-star hotels it is not so tasty) the room has everything you need. Honest 5 stars, thanks to the hotel staff!

A fresh hotel. The standard room is small. There's a pub downstairs where breakfast is served. The reception solved all my questions with an early breakfast, for which I thank you very much)

a new small hotel with excellent staff and a good restaurant (perhaps the best "Caesar" that I tried in Kazakhstan).
there are also disadvantages - weak Internet (from Tele2) and fashionable, but not very successful design of bathrooms (in the standard).
probably, I could have put 4, but the attitude of the hotel staff to customers was pulled by 5/5

The hotel left only positive impressions! The location is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, with a modern interior. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. The breakfast is varied and delicious, there are many options to choose from. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

A brand new hotel, well equipped. Polite helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to the room. In fact, there is no territory of its own, it is surrounded by expensive private houses.

The rooms smell of sewage for a known reason. The breakfasts are the same every day - the porridge is not tasty, perhaps from rancid cereals or incomprehensible milk, an old yellow lettuce leaf under scrambled eggs, it's time to throw away such a leaf a long time ago, but here they feed.

A nice new hotel, helpful staff, is not in the city, but it takes 10 minutes to get to the city. Breakfast is included, rooms and bed linen are clean.
Of the small disadvantages- thin walls, no hair dryer, uncomfortable shower, water leaks onto the tile
