I have been a client of SBER Bank for 20 years, then it was still BPS bank.Back then, it was one of the best banks.Right now, I do not know what to call it.The branch at Pushkinskoye, good repair, a huge hall, this is where the good ends.Out of 7 jobs, at best 2 are working.The queues are huge.Spiders have made a web on the window of the cash register.It hasn't been opened for a long time.The staff of the frequency department cannot answer basic questions.I came across the fact that it was impossible to pay for a purchase from an online hypermarket with a bank card.I called support 7 times.Support is a different story.By the sound of it, there are some kids working there.They can't answer A SINGLE QUESTION, they disappear all the time.They start being openly rude.My problem with payment was solved for a week, all the time they sent me to the pick-up point TO TRY to pay, and suddenly it would work.In general, this is no longer a bank.
