Belpromstroybank, then became a branch of the Russian Sberbank in October 2010...

DISGUSTING BANK!!!
If you work with a terminal, I do not recommend contacting. The trading fee for the r/c comes randomly, experts do not explain the reasons, it even happened that the proceeds arrived at the r / c after the end of the banking day. And after issuing a corporate card, every day is completely stressful. According to banking, money is debited from the account to the account, and it reaches the card in a few hours or the next day. The mobile application works with bugs, transactions are reflected after a few days, it is impossible to find out how much money is left on the card (information is also unreliable in banking). The apotheosis for writing a review was blatant "professionalism" - after the filing cabinet, they forgot to unlock the card account. To resolve this issue, we called different phones for 50 minutes (recommended by bank employees), and as a result we were told that the working day was over.
Guys, how is this even?! We have transferred money for household needs, we can neither pay, nor withdraw, nor use them ...
But they take money for maintenance regularly, right here in 3 years there has not been a single lining.
