She was very reluctant to change the bills for us and seemed to want to convince us that this was normal, although just a couple of months ago, crumpled bills were not accepted at the same branch. We talked about it, and the girl started freaking out about it very much. It was written all over her face, she turned off the microphone and started talking to herself, mumbling, getting angry, holding her fingers to her temples and behaving like a mentally unstable person (everything can be tracked on cameras).
