They said that such a "problem" of this ATM often happens, but the bank does not take any troubleshooting measures! Moreover, on the same day, another woman came to my sister with exactly the same problem! The bank refused to give a certificate (written confirmation) that the ATM did not issue money. My mother's pension was on the card + the money that I transferred. They said the money will be returned within 15 - 30 days!!!!!
