There is one sitting place for the entire ground floor (one place for guests-waiting. Of course, there are places for clients next to the managers). There is only one cash register at the branch, where, of course, people are sent to pay, for example, to issue a card, so the queue at the cash register moves very slowly.
The monitor is very inconveniently located to track which coupon to go to, I have repeatedly seen how bank customers get confused and hesitate.
I mainly use the services of another bank, so there is something to compare and it is clear where they think about the client and where they are purely about profit without having competition in some operations.
I can't say anything negative about the bank's employees. Everyone is polite, will help if necessary, answer questions.
