The attitude towards customers is ugly.I closed my pension account yesterday, they gave me an extract and said that this statement was for other banks, but the operator did not inform me that the account was not closed immediately and there was no way to open an account with another bank. It turns out that I am left without a pension in December.Thank you very much for retirement.
