The contract specified the first payment in February. But in February, we received a call from the bank about the late payment. At the bank branch itself, they promised us to figure everything out. Figured it out... It would be better not to figure it out. As a result, a 12p payment appeared out of thin air, which was not stipulated in any line of the contract!!! By this time, the bank hadn't even bothered to notify him! When talking to a representative of the bank, it turns out that all the amounts in the contract are APPROXIMATE! Seriously? In the contract with the bank ? What are you using there? As a result: a spoiled credit history, a spoiled mood and a complete aversion to this so-called "bank".

With her voice, there was a request to send her money in the amount of 300 rubles. Considering her situation: the recent arrival of her mother and the move. I fell into the trap of scammers. And it was about 5 p.m. At 19-13, I found out that my friend had been hacked! I started typing in the SBER, after which they locked all the cards for me, without specifying the data! Thus leaving me without money! The next day I went to the bank, where they told me that I could write an application for a refund, but! It costs 40p and will be approved only if the reverse side gives the go-ahead! And now imagine- you want to send your child 80 rubles (for example), you are mistaken by one digit and you need to go to the bank in order to write an application for 40 fucking rubles! So that your own money reaches your own child. Result: ban By the way, I wrote a complaint about the fact that it is impossible to block the payment with my own money, and that the application in 40p is wild game, to which I received an answer a la - we are fine and the payment was great. I am silent about the fact that almost a day in August, it seems, the bank stupidly fell

I bought currency there in front of me there were two people in the only cash register in such a large bank, one cash register! I spent fifty minutes there, it's just terrible all the staff at the bank did what they ran back and forth with mugs in their hands, as if they went into a coffee shop, and not to the bank, when asked to invite the administrator, they spread their hands, asked for help because they were in a hurry, too, they refused referring to one cash register. We waited, lost time, and were nervous, although we could immediately withdraw money from an ATM – but even here it was not a task, since one terminal was empty, and the second refused to work in principle. As a result, there was not a very pleasant impression of the BEAC's work in Belarus.
