And so. It was December 24th. We took the phone in installments through the MTS store. Sberbank kindly approved a smartphone loan for us, we took it, and everyone seems to be happy. The contract specified the first payment in February. But in February, we received a call from the bank about the late payment. At the bank branch itself, they promised us to figure everything out. Figured it out... It would be better not to figure it out. As a result, a 12p payment appeared out of thin air, which was not stipulated in any line of the contract!!! By this time, the bank hadn't even bothered to notify him! When talking to a representative of the bank, it turns out that all the amounts in the contract are APPROXIMATE! Seriously? In the contract with the bank ? What are you using there?
As a result: a spoiled credit history, a spoiled mood and a complete aversion to this so-called "bank".
