Review of dentist Omerbaev Eldar Kenzhezanovich and the clinic
I want to share my extremely negative experience with the doctor Omerbaev Eldar Kenzhezanovich. After the consultation, he scheduled a session in two weeks, however, when I arrived strictly by appointment, the doctor unexpectedly stated that an allergy test was needed, while the existing certificate “did not fit.” Previously, no information about the requirements for a specific sample was announced, the doctor did not issue any referrals, and the attempt to present this as my “fault" looks extremely unprofessional.
When I calmly pointed out this fact, the doctor suddenly declared that he “didn't like working with me" and refused further treatment. Such behavior with a smile resembling internal ridicule does not just look unprofessional — it borders on a gross violation of medical ethics.
In addition, the clinic accepts cash payments, which raises questions about the transparency of financial reporting. It also imposes the signing of a lengthy treatment plan for a long time, without a clear explanation of the conditions — which may be a form of pressure on the patient.
Instead of help and care, I got a waste of time, two weeks of waiting, rudeness and refusal to help.
I strongly do not recommend contacting either this doctor or this clinic. There are enough dentists in the district where patients are really appreciated and their time and choice are respected.

The prices are not expensive, the quality is good. Disadvantages for incomplete business processes. The reception is not being finalized. What to do, where to go is not clear, they send you to one doctor, you wait in line, and there they say that you are not coming to me, you re-take the queue to another place. I asked why this happened, and they said it was my fault. 3 I bet that you would pay attention to the review

I liked the clinic. Clean, tidy, the prices are adequate. Polite, helpful staff. Special thanks to the orthopedic surgeon, a professional in his field Galymzhan Zhumazhanovich!!! Such doctors should be encouraged.
