I specially went and ordered it and asked there what I needed: 1 kg of fried fish for 5 people, 200 grams each. They told me that they weighed raw and fried and advised me to order 1.3 kg, which would be a little more than 1 kg when frying so that I agreed not to lose, I ordered 1,3. they brought me 1 kg of fish in a foil-covered box. The marinade costs 150,000 soums. I swallowed 200,000 soums. I came to Tashkent to visit. I disgraced myself. fish came out 525 grams. It's like eating 775 grams with 1,3 kg of fish. I understand that they earn as much as they can, but I didn't ask for it specifically. They also took carp, chebureks with meat and cheese with herbs, beef kebab, achichuk and two types of tea (black with lemon and tea with thyme. Everything is very tasty. The views are gorgeous on the mountains and on the cable car. Even the rooster was caught singing)
Carp, if you take it, then a kilogram will be enough for 4-6 people.

There is a Chinaris (barrel) through the wall, but the atmosphere is completely different, there is no fuss and pandemonium. There is always a place in your own free Parking lot, excellent cuisine, especially chebureks, which are nowhere on the Barrel! Responsive staff, the girls try to serve quickly, not a bad assortment, including delicious Mastava soup, shish kebab, etc. Beshbarmak has never tried it here, I can't compare it with Arbat. The interior is average, the weakest point is the condition of the toilet. A typical public smelly "tubzik"))). But there is no such thing in Arbat, you have to go to a public paid one. I recommend that you come in.

Very tasty Khorezm cuisine. I really love Khorezm gumma cooked in a dry pan 😋😋😋 my favorites are with cheese and herbs, cheese and pumpkin for dessert 😋🤩 and I recommend fish on coals.. Many thanks to Islom aka, many thanks to the waitress Farida for the fast delivery and good service!
