I don't know how to rate this chain in total. Some say it is good, some say not so much. For me it is just a place to eat fatty food with quality being different from one place to another (within the chain). Fish is ok, salads from grandma etc. I have been there once, perhaps there are other better places to visit.
The staff is ok, there is a wide choice of salads, etc. Your call at the end of the day.

We stayed the night in amirsoy, went to the carpenter for dinner, everything was great with service and tea. With regard to food, fish is normal, salads are a little dry, French fries are at home, apparently there is no fryer, the price is acceptable for the mountains. 4.5 out of 5.
By the way, there is a 20% discount on food for hotel and chalet guests.

I really liked the kitchen. It's pretty cozy. But unfortunately, all the tables are occupied at lunchtime on weekends. Even on the street. Maybe it was just the rush hour I was in. By three o'clock there are fewer people. I recommend it to fish lovers.

Our visit to the restaurant “Sazanchik” in Amirsai left an extremely negative impression. From the very beginning, everything went wrong. There were four of us, but he brought only one Caesar salad, and the others had to wait another 10 minutes to at least serve beer snacks – garliques and French fries. When they finally waited, the dishes turned out to be cold! Both the garlics and the fries were simply unappetizing. This attitude and service is unacceptable. We absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

Solid 3 stars. We have been to another carp, where the service is better and the cuisine is tastier.
Baked chebureks with cheese and herbs were burnt, which made them very bitter, and they were brought frozen. We included the sauce in the bill for the fish, which we did not ask for. They tried to impose more expensive wine, allegedly baghizagyan ran out, but then miraculously found it when we wanted to give up wine. The bread is stale, noodles and fried chebureks with meat are very salty.
There is no mulled wine, no freshly squeezed juice…
In general, if you are very hungry, as we were, then you can drop by. But, in general, I do not recommend this particular branch.
The minimum portion of fish that can be ordered is 600 grams (3 pieces). No one explains why you can't take 1 piece. There are very few people on Friday evening. The check for three and 1 child cost 800 thousand.
Three stars just for the stunning view of the mountains.

Disgusting service. It just couldn't be worse. It is not clear what kind of service you have to pay 20% for here. We came, sat down at the table, they came up to us, gave us a menu, then several times we asked to take an order, they came up to us (3 times), promised to send a waiter, but in 25 minutes no one came up. Despite the fact that the waiters were walking around, but did not pay attention.
Probably this is a typical place for tourists — no matter how you are served, you will not come a second time anyway.

One of the most frequently visited establishments in Tashkent for many years. People have been going only to trusted places for years, so words are superfluous here. The dishes are all broken. Two of the three submitted items have serious chips.
If you position yourself as a "restaurant", then please match the stated price tags.
And then the service is like in a "cafe", and the prices and pathos are like in a "restaurant"!
They asked for blankets to cover the child, and as it turned out, there were no blankets in the empty institution, and when they were brought, they smelled like "horses", even the child was surprised!

Terrible food, terrible service. A spoonful of soup was carried for 15 minutes. Tea was served and the bowls were forgotten. The barbecue was cooked for 1.5 hours, the onion was brought without vinegar and then after 20 minutes. The second time we ordered tea, it was brought without tea leaves.
