Perhaps the most disgusting restaurant in which we were "lucky enough" to celebrate a wedding! Firstly, the administrator -Ulbolsyn is not a professional, they do not know how to talk to customers, when you sign a contract, read carefully, because if you make an advance payment, the restaurant will not refund your money if you change your mind to celebrate the wedding! But we decided to change our mind because the administrator is rude and rude... As soon as you pay, they change instantly and talk at random ... the closer the date to the wedding, the more terrible they showed themselves from their side, because it's nice when customers are satisfied and grateful and advertise on word of mouth! Secondly, they did not put our canapes and other snacks on the table, and while we were running, we forgot about the canapes, salads from the restaurant are not the first freshness, we already know the fresh look and taste of salads that were served from the restaurant as a gift! Thirdly, the next day, all of us and the guests who attended our wedding felt bad, or rather stomach poisoning.... they allegedly have a cook working for them/allegedly the administrator of the Banu (replaces the main administrator - Ulbolsyn) we delivered goods according to the list for the celebration and brought more by weight just in case, and Banu told us off topic with a very insolent intonation that they would not eat and put everything on the table, so our table was empty, there were not enough cuts, the kitchen was not tasty at all!
I notice that we have a lot of restaurants in Aktobe, and the service is -0!!! I repeat, it's nice when they leave good feedback, or people don't care about feedback from customers, we don't require something unearthly, but at least a professional attitude to customers, decent cuisine, as they promise in words....
so, residents of Aktobe look for other restaurants with whom you will have good, pleasant memories! ☺️
